Is tease and denial the right message to be giving out?

Maybe that's a reflection of how many men fantasise about being locked-up versus how many women fantasise about doing the locking-up.

Being a KH is a dominant act usually, true, but there's a big difference between being a Goddess/FLR and being dominant. A lot of the women I've been with have no interest in controlling anything outside chastity and in fact get annoyed if asked to do so. domination is actually work (IRL at least)

 

Actually after thinking about this a bit, I would argue that tease and denial is actually the right message to be giving out. In my experience, a vast majority of players are actually kinksters or are doing this for fun. The number of hardcore FLRs are in the minority. Especially those who just moved from being vanilla to kink. Unbelievable as it may be, some women *like* seeing their men orgasm!! And *everyone* I've been with has enjoyed tease and denial, it actually is a very dominant act.

Honestly, what you're doing, Miss Lucy, seems to be in the minority of minorities, so I think it makes sense for the message to be about what most people are doing. Just set expectations in the start when sub men approach you that there won't be any teasinz unfortunately the nature of online relationships is such you'll always get more flakes than having relationships IRL.

Right, I'm off. This ihas turned into what can only be described as bullying. A group of like minded individuals, all desperately looking for something by which to be offended, have each found a sentence that meets that need and have joined the mass chanting of how they have been wronged. It is, well it should be, acceptable to have different opinions and ideas. Apparently here that isn't the case, and if you don't follow the majority then you are doing life wrong. I used to like it here, but things have changed and I've had enough. I didn't even have a position in this discussion, I am simply disgusted by the conduct of a lot of those involved. I know when I'm locked I don't like to feel like I've been forgotten about. I serve my wife as best as I can but I prefer there be some acknowledgment to me being in chastity instead of being ignored. Teasing can be that but it doesn't have to be nude pictures, or some long T&D session. Just a passing comment or a little bit of a touch here or there would be nice. I embrace everyones views for their own journey and I have been teased and denied by women who truly enjoyed it......but Lucys point about women becoming performing monkeys for their men to top from the bottom is something VERY hard to recognize when you're in the middle of it. From my own experience when men no longer have permission to even ask for attention, relationships go to a different place where men need to focus on their behavior and the needs of their keyholder and hope they can be seen as deserving. Someone once said true love is the absence of expectations.

Unfortunately this thread being resurrected is so sad and exactly what I feared would happen when I read the unbelievable news that Lucy had been made a moderator. As you say there is no rule that says anyone has to be involved in any thread. Unfortunately there is also no ignore facility on a moderators profile. This basically means I have to walk away from any thread she ever becomes involved in as I detest her so much. This leaves me little option but to quit a place that I enjoy visiting.

I obviously don't know what goes on behind the scenes of the Mansion but this decision to make someone so divisive a moderator is unbelievable.
