Could a moderator edit my post, even delete it altogether if they want, I will not be carrying on with joining in with this thread any more.     Wow. This thread has been active since I last looked in. Let me apologize in advance if I'm behind. I almost certainly am. But after reading the last page or two I'm left with a couple questions.

    First, my little parable about the "online McDonald's" was simply meant to point out the futility of trying to determine a "right or wrong" way to practice this chastity thing. For some hardcore submissives & domme's T&D may play no role. That's fine. For lighthearted practicioners like my better-half and I T&D is integral. She would get very little out of chastity without it, and neither would I. If you told her "no more T&D play sessions from now on" she'd rip that cage off me faster than I could get it off myself. Point being, there's no "right message to send". Only people's experiences to be shared and read by others who are interested. Period. So when people contact you with certainly expectations it seems to me you need simply clarify what your key holding service provides and what it doesn't.

    Now, something I'm curious about.

    Lucy is young, cute, and energetic, and she's found a way to monetize that in a way that also brings her some enjoyment. I have no problem with that at all. That sort of industry should be applauded, not derided. My comment above ("...taking money or accepting gifts of monetary value in exchange for providing a service is called a "business") was just meant to point out the absurdity of calling what she's does something other than what it is.

    So I ask, why is it bad that she's running a business? Why does she feel she needs to deny or hide it (to the point of absurdity, with all this "gift cards for charity" stuff)?

    Maybe a better way to ask this would be: What harm would come to Lucy or her service were she to be open about the fact that it's profitable to her? That's what confused me and I think raises some ire. And it's a bummer because I see nothing wrong with what she's doing other than her Orwellian double speak about how to classify her activities.

    You seem to think people are queuing up to throw money away. If I were to do things I don't like doing, maybe teasing with naked photos, going on webcam to tease males, posting my face photos online, yes then it would probably be a good money making opportunity.

    But I don't do any of those things, I only do the things I want, and as you know, that puts the majority of people off, which I am quite happy with.

    I have raised £599 for charity in the last couple of weeks, that is a fact, do you find that absurd? What is absurd is you reading some nonsense which someone else has said and taken that as a fact.

    I have a wishlist, as many others do.

    I have a charity page which has raised £599, the two are not connected. Only an imbecile could connect them.

    I take nothing as fact other than that after an admittedly cursory reading of this thread you sound ridiculous. I was attempting to essentially be on your side here, by assuming that you couldn't possible believe (or expect others to) what you're saying, and that some outside influence must have you feeling forced to deny profiting from your activities.

    Ms. Clinton loved to demand large donations to her charity foundation in exchange for for access to the highest levels of U.S. Govt. decision makers. Just kidding again, Her activities too were so transparently corrupt (though technically legal, sorta kinda maybe) that an entire nation put a reality star in the Whitehouse to avoid handing her the levers of control.



    ****But setting aside ALL the noise of this thread - if the men for which you hold keys provide you ANYTHING OF VALUE, money, gift cards, money to you to later give to charity, then it is INCOME IN EXCHANGE FOR A SERVICE. Whether you use the income to donate to charity, build houses in Uganda, or pay your rent and fix your leaky pipes, if you are choosing how it is spent, it is your money, and thus income. Now, if you would like to direct them to give DIRECTLY to the charity of your choosing, and you do NOT write it off on your taxes, I think then you're closer to being the philanthropist you claim to be. But I will say again, this is all such crap! Hold keys, make money, be proud. And do whatever you can to hide the income from the government if you want as well, I'm cool with that.***
