    OP,

    I know I'm new here and not especially kinky compared to some, so maybe I'm missing something, but I do wonder: if you are to the point where you can't say "no" anymore, and yet you want your freedom but have no agency to pursue it and lack the means to do so even if you did, then is it still actually consensual anymore; furthermore, if the choice is no longer yours, then does your servitude actually mean anything?

    I'm also trying to figure out if this is real or not— like I said, new here.

    I absolutely love it. It's agonizingly frustrating for sure, but I am addicted. I'm trying very hard to get her on board for longer lockups.     I guess that's where individual differences come into play. I don't feel any need at all for that sort of help. Instead, I feel excitement and arousal from the imposition of control, from the exercise of authority and dominion per se. And that dominion is most clearly demonstrated when something negative is imposed or something positive is withheld.
