If she's not well (she's got a fatigue issue that we're trying to get to the bottom of and get it treated), then I'll take her morning dog work on - she will collect the animals and I'll walk them. Either way, before she gets back I need to prepare the aforementioned drink, a breakfast, a snack for on-the-go if she's walking dogs herself, and be ready at the door to take her coat. After all this she will then let me rest a while and have my own breakfast. I need to eat at regular intervals owing to my own medication which makes me have almost no desire to eat. Then if it's a quiet schedule for me, she will allow me some downtime, then I have my morning duties (hoover, clean kitchen, recycling, feed dogs staying with us, etc.).

It's a nice regular routine which gives me a sense of purpose in pleasing her, and she can minimise the stress of rushing around and trying to do too much. It makes for a much more pleasing day.

what time do you have free to do it.
