I had to go in to the court house today for jury duty. I have been locked 24/7 for a few months now and decided to leave the cage on for the day. I don't have a key and I didn`t want to ask my wife for the key. She is just really getting used to me being locked 24/7 so I didn't want to ruin the routine.
I admit I was nervous walking up to the security station, but decided what the heck and walked up. I asked if I needed to take off my belt and the lady told me just the watch. I walked through and nothing happened. I figured if i could keep my belt on, that it was set on a pretty low sensitivity setting.
I wear a semi custome cage from MCN called the Adaptus. It`s stainless steel and I was able to walk through with no problems. I was going to tell them that I had jewelry down there if it went off.

I have their Contender. Good to know your Adaptus didn't set off the alarms.

I have a stainless steel jailbird cage , and have a court appearance in September for a traffic ticket I'm disputing . Part of me wants to wear my cage and be exposed ,( the humilliation will be a real turn on) and the vanilla part of me says don't wear it . I think I'll ask my Queen what she wants me to do . She is my key holder ,and loves humiliating me . .

I admit that I was a little disappointed when it didn't set it off. There is still a chance another place might have the sensitivity turned up. I did see a woman set off the scanner twice at a different entrance, but I never did find out what she was wearing that set it off. For all I know the one I went through was off. Human error still has to be accounted for.

Ironically I also went to jury duty last week…..my attitude was Im doing nothing wrong and your asking for my time. The detector did go off, the cop was a bit of a jerk and said “I told you to empty your pockets!” I said they are empty, but Im wearing intimate body jelewry. He did a handheld wand and was like, ok just go.

It may not have been my MM Jailbird but rather my keyholder’s heart shaped dog charm she adds before locking thats says its her property. Its some cheap metal….

i've heard that quality stainless is not magnetic. I went through two scans with a MCN no problem. One at the court house one at the state capitol

I felt a little surprised that I didn’t set off the metal detector either!

The Amicus isn’t 100% 316L stainless. Only the base ring is. It’s interesting that the cage portion’s grade of stainless is not very magnetic enough, and the larger mass of that design didn’t trip the metal detector.

    Thanks for your personal anecdote!

I’ve been through a metal detector in the 100% 316L steel MaleChastityNow Contender a few times. No problem.

Later I tested it with a 1.35T permanent magnet and it does not attract. The screw does very very slightly.

Before I braved going though in the ball trap Contender, I been through numerous metal detectors in my shaft only GlansArmor2 over the years.

It’s also 316L but also lower mass.

Metal detectors have become so much of a non event that my wife didn’t even bring the key on our recent flight. She didn’t think it was important to bring the key.

Being wanded and patted down isn’t a big deal either.

They set them at hyper sensitive everywhere here. If you forget about a penny in your pocket, it will go off. Since I use a CB-6000 on husband, I just put a seal on it instead of a lock of he has to go somewhere that has one of those beeper thingys.

My wife does the same thing. The old CB6000s and a plastic tag. I once thought jury duty would get out of my Jail Bird for a day or so! Sucks for me because we have a "backup belt" My wife never wants us to have only one cage. You never know when we need a backup she says! LOL

A few years ago I went to court to support a friend, and never thought about metal detectors, my heart almost stopped when I when to enter and everyone had to empty there pockets and pass through one!
But it was all ok, plastic cage, and they thought the padlock eas just the zip on jeans.

I've been through three different court's security scans with my cage.

At the first two, I tried to not go through the scanner but they insisted, as it happened the scanners didn't detect my cage. I know it is a very low magnetism steel, a magnet won't stick to it.

Being confident, I just walked straight through at the third court, and the alarm went off!

I went to tour a US Navy ship. As I was walking to the security gate, I realized I forgot I was locked. I have a MCN Contender too. The scanner caught it. He just ran the wand over me and with just a bit of a smile declared it to be my belt buckle. He was thorough and very professional.

    Top tip:
If you have to go somewhere where you know you'll have to go through a scanner, wear jeans with rivets and a metal zip. If the alarm goes off, just keep calm and appear as frustrated as they are that the thing went beep, and curse with "These trousers always set scanners off, I think it's the zip". Pull the narrow cover flap of cloth sideways to show them the zip, and every time they'll simply wand your crotch with a "beep" dead centre and let you through.

I think it is possible that the scanners are turned to a low setting due to the amount of people showing up for jury duty. Maybe that couple with the low chance that some idiot is going to take over the court with a metal chastity cage. They probably are set to catch a knives and guns.
Don't airports have the type know that can see through clothes?
