How would that work? Seeing all the weird and wonderful ideas out there on the net nothing surprises me these days! Actually that's not true, if Mrs Chaste was to unlock me and let me cum I'd be surprised!

 

Actually that gives me an idea for erection control.

With gps and proximity technology so advanced, there could be a fixed point(let’s say a base ring) and a chip on the tip of penis (could even use a piercing). When ever the tip goes so many inches from the base ring, a zapper corrects it.

I wouldn’t particularly care for this, since I like being amped up all the time, I don’t want to think about sex less! Although as a fun punishment thing after awhile of lockup it might be fun.

Not exactly under the skin but it’s almost like a cage less device.

Sounds rather fantasy like unless you could get the medical establishment on board. After all, your talking about "implants" in your penis. Maybe an outpatient procedure, but doesn't sound like a at home do it yourself kind of thing. Would be interesting to see if it could actually be developed.

I came up with a story some time back that involved a chastity device with a urethral insert. Several visits to a doctor involving a balloon catheter to stretch inside the penis then the urethral insert device having a small tube with a balloon set around the insert that could be filled with an organic resin so that it would expand inside such that once set the chastity device could never be removed without ripping your penis apart...a concept that is similar to the tether spout device but using a balloon filled with resin...

If it could be built there is no reason why it wouldn't work...I have worn a looker 2 for years with no problems with the insert, although since I discovered I could cum by shaking it....I now wear a full belt and while it takes some getting use too , now night time hell is a thing of the past and so are orgasms

 

I've actually thought about this before. I have no real solid anatomical understanding of the corpus cavernosum in the penis, other than basically its 3 or so areas in the penis that fill up with blood that gets held there causing an erection. There is a muscle that relaxes or contracts, I forget which, that closes off veins basically preventing the blood from flowing back out, causing the erection to happen and be maintained.

My thought was, that couldn't you implant a stent in those veins that holds open the vein permanently? In theory it should be a pretty simple procedure. Make a small incision, implant the stent in the veins to ensure that they cannot be closed off, suture back up.

At that point you're body can try all it wants to get hard but the blood will just flow right back out since those veins are held fully open. So, basically it would prevent you from getting hard again.

 

They make a internal penis pump used for impotence. It has a bulb pump in the scrotum which could be made useless with a scrotum guard.

 

Both of those ideas sound amazing and they would be so much more convenient than wearing a cage. My biggest gripe though is that there really ought to be some way to toggle them off and on . . . ideally in a way that could allow someone else to control it. Perhaps it could be linked to an app or something (although, all things considered, that might not necessarily be the safest way to handle it but you get the idea.) After all, what fun would tease and denial be without the possibility of sex or even an orgasm looming in the background? I know there are men who are perma-caged and it's just a lifestyle for them, but that's not for me.

We're probably quite a few years off for sex augmentation implants of any sort be a commonly accepted thing. But there are some brave pioneers who have already tried their hand at something similar. Not chastity implants but built in vibrators and the like.

If all that shit is possible (seriously, instant orgasms at the push of a button? Wtf?) than some sort of chastity-ish implant could probably happen as well. I'm not saying it would necessarily be a good idea or even safe, but it would be possible.

I dont think I ever finished that particular story on the permanent chastity implant.

I wrote it before I knew about the tether spouts. Which kind of do the same thing except you can remove the tether as long as you have a kind keyholder. If you dont have the key and your wearing the tether, you really cant remove the device without serious damage to the penis.

In that respect its even more secure than a PA though i would hate to rip a PA out, given an awefull choice though the PA would be easier to defeat even if it brings tears to my eyes, plus at the end of the day you could cut a PA, the tether is inside the penis so that is not an option, there are no options except surgery.

 

I have seen pictures of a guy that has a bolt on chastity cage, it screws on to some sub dermal implants he has, not quite a compleate implant, but pretty extreme.

In my opinion, a chastity cage should not be permanent. It should be comfortable and safe enough to wear long term, but there should always be the chance of getting an erection or even an orgasm, if the mistress allows it. It's that subtle undercurrent of hope that makes tease and denial fun. Without it, denial just becomes the new normal, and it stops being exciting.

So if you were to implant rings into your cock as a chastity cage, here's how I would do it.

I would only implant two solid rings: one at the base of my cock and at the base of the head. Although solid enough, they should both be made out of flexible silicone to minimize any unnecessary discomfort regardless of whether my cock was soft or hard.

However, those two rings would be connected by a silicone tube (along the topside of the shaft) that can toggle between soft and hard. I'm not entirely sure how this would work honestly. Maybe it would be a matter or pressurization or something. But it would be controlled by a small mechanical device embedded into the base ring. The device, in turn, could be controlled by an app via Bluetooth.

Most of the time, it will be in it's hardened state, At the push of a button, It would automatically freeze into whatever shape it was in before hardening, so it would be important go soft with your dick pointing straight down before hand. Once hardened, it would functionally act an inescapable chastity cage. getting hard with the tube solidified like that would hurt like a bitch.

The only way to make the tube to go soft again would be for the person with the app (password encrypted of course) to push the appropriate button.

Also, the whole contraption would be powered by body heat, obviously

And let's include a built in vibrator and electric shock function for good measure, cause why not?

 

For a fun passive device consider Nitinol (Ni-Ti alloy). It is commonly used in medical.

Consider a tightly wound spring with a target temp of 80-90 degrees. When you get it colder than this it unwinds. Now implant this under the skin along the penis shaft. If you take a cold bath or ice pack you can get an erection, but the minute you try to put it in something warm, or blood flow heats the area up, BAM it turns back into a spring and clamps down. Always "that" close but never quite there...
