In my experience, and I admit I'm a novice and only been doing this a few months, but thus far I found not being able to expand at all while locked in my Keyholder's Prize Cage can be frustrating enough and since you can't expand with a small enough cage then Viagra won't really do anything in my opinion... However, I have 2 other cages that allow some expansion and partial erections can get very uncomfortable so Viagra under those conditions could have an increased effect... As for spikes or jagged edges, there are "anti-pullout" accessories for that very purpose and I use such a feature myself when I put on my Vice Mini V2. They also make these: Spiked Anti-pullouts for those cages as well.

Just be careful to buy accessories that are meant for the cage you're using and not to mix-match device compatibility or you might risk hurting him or even breaking the cage/accessory.

Many know I’m a med professional so I wouldn’t advise anyone do this - effectively restrict an erection while taking viagra… that being said, for a short term session or “scene” it wouldn’t cause any real damage to the penis. I agree that forcing an erection in a cage could be very harmful to the penis.

As for the spikes I know red chili makes.cages with spikes that can be removed, if that's what you're going for then I'd say get a slightly bigger cage so he can get semi erect and grow into the spikes. But again not for long term use and could be harmful as well.

As for machinery, first rule of thumb is machines and tools don't mix with body parts ever. I think a drill with a buffing pad or what ever would be a bad idea. Yeah MCN Kali’s Teeth is a good tool, can be worn in place of a cage but not really for longer than 24 hours at a time because too enclosed to keep clean without removal. Start with a “mild” and see how you get on… it’s not all that mild!
