Our cross country move has caused enough disruption into life's routines that I have an unusual "0,10" right now. And I don't see that changing for the near future.

I have my annual medical exam tomorrow with my primary care physician. I have previously told my doctor that I wear a chastity device but I have not worn it to an exam. Tonight my Wife told me that She will not unlock me tomorrow because She wishes that my doctor exams me while I am wearing it.

My primary care physician basically said "why does your wife want me to see this if She is concerned about it potentially hurting you you should show it to your urologist"

 

He did look at it and asked me several questions to make sure it was not causing any harm (which it is not)

 

I've wondered to myself what I'd say if my wife insisted I wear the device to a doctor's visit. My answer is that she attend so that should the doctor want it off it can be done so quickly.

My Wife actually gave me the key just before I left the house in case the doctor wanted me to remove it, which the doctor declined.

Emotionally it was a bit humiliating at first ( and not in a fun erotic way) but I got over that quickly. I have been seeing this doctor for 20 years so we have a strong connection. And he handled this quite professionally

Of course many would disagree at the thought of your wife having you examined while locked. I can understand their concerns.

But I can also appreciate the power of your wife forcing you to act "normally" while locked.

In weeks past, since I am on a chastity break of sorts right now, my wife would not make an exception for showering at the gym. Not a lot of men would see or notice....or care....but some did. The emotional impact was tremendous.

I am guessing the doctor was more intense than the gym with strangers.

 

Actualjy for me it would be more intense at gym than with a professional care giver.

1. I am very interested if you do see a urologist about chastity, or in chastity.

Two urologists confirmed that I didn’t need orgasms. I even got warm support from one, since it was obvious we are having fun with my healthy “harnessed” libido. I was not brave enough to bring up the method of my orgasm denial… though I was carrying my cage with me.

2. Can you recount the doctor’s visit?

You had told your doctor you wore a cage before. It is good you did that, and didn’t spring it on him.

You offered to take it off. What were your words and how did he decline?

It’s great he was professional. You don’t need to remove it for yearly physicals now.

I showed up to a full physical just in my PA piercing and my primary doctor actually keeled over. I was disappointed in his reaction. I had not warned him though. So maybe that was a lesson. So do count yourself lucky to have a calm professional that didn’t freak out. You treated him well, it seems. That’s good. Doctors are all humans, and unique.

I am still trying to find a primary doctor I can trust with my orgasm denial and chastity. Two specialists and their nurses know just half the story.

3. I brought my cage to an 3T MRI appointment but I chickened out in asking the technician to wand my 316L MCN cage before the session, just to see how reactive it was. In my higher brain I knew it would interfere with imaging, even if it might not heat up. So I didn’t go through with it.

Intensely humiliating, indeed! A few points if I may:

This particular locker room was rather wide open in design. Lockers against the perimeter of the room. (no aisles) The showers themselves were the group kind we all remember from high school. So you may have worn a towel around your waist while dressing, there was simply no hiding once in the shower.

Sometimes I'd workout and not shower. But often I had to work out during lunch and get on to another business meeting or such. So I had no choice but to use the gym's showers.

Even straight men "check out" the endowments of other males. So once in the shower, I am sure everyone at least took a peek.

Only one guy ever asked me what that was I was wearing. At the time it was a clear plastic cb6ks. I said that it was a medical device for a hernia. I am sure a pink Holy Trainer would not have been able to use that excuse!

In my own mind I was certain that the knowledge of me being locked "marked" me by some men. What made that intense was that I never knew what sort of "marking" might occur. Would they conclude that I would have to give them all blow jobs in the shower if I was asked? What would they think on the rare occasion my wife joined me at the same gym? (It was a household membership) Would at least one of them presume I was a cuckold and attempt to have his way with my wife? Might one of them told other women in the gym?

The experience of showering at the gym happened about a dozen times. My big lesson was that being discovered by women (I wasn't, but felt I was) is enticing. Being discovered by men is scary.

I once had bacterial prostatitis (unrelated to chastity) and went to a urologist. Of course, I didn't KNOW chastity was unrelated so I had to share it with him. I was not wearing my device. And trust me, when it feels like you are peeing crushed glass and bleeding, you don't care about your kink.

He actually said "less is more" when it comes to middle aged men and ejaculation. He encourages limitations on ejaculation, really. He just says that almost zero patients want to hear that advice. So he was quite happy that my ejaculations were few and far between.

On the other hand, he feels the locking device does you ZERO good as far as erections go. I sheepishly replied that "my wife and I don't plan on having children".....as my lame excuse for my wife not wanting my erections....he just shook his head.

His final advice on chastity (no ejaculation) was to let the wet dream be the only outlet. The body will set its own clock.

I'm with you. I've had no problem wearing my cage with my primary care physician (two of them now) -- they are professionals, they have been dealing with all sorts of variations and body problems their entire adult lives. And I go through airport and other security scanners all the time (and had one time, going into a federal courthouse, that I had to go to the men's room and open my pants so the security guard could see what was setting off the wand) -- not a problem. But going into an open shower or out on a nude beach with my cage ... the opportunity hasn't come up, but I know that would be a lot harder for me.

On the other hand, we're CFNM at home, and there are a few places in the house I walk by where I can be visible from the street, briefly, and at a distance. Clear enough, I've checked, that at least some of our neighbors probably know I'm nude in the house. Whether then can make out that I'm wearing a cage, I don't know. I've been okay with this -- I'm not ashamed of the human body, nor of folks knowing I'm nude at home. But it's at a distance and brief moments I'm exposed... the longer, closer up exposure of shower or beach gives me the shivers (not the good kind

 

@Tom Allen , for the Orgasm side of the scale, do you have any guidance as to how many full orgasms a year qualify for each level? For example, if someone is allowed 4 full orgasms a year, where would that put them, likewise for 2/year or 6/year, etc?

I was surprised to see this again as well. Anyway, I'm still hovering around a 9/10. Nearly always caged (belted) with no orgasms allowed at all. My Mistress would probably love a perfect 10/10.

I’d say my wife is playing at a 9/9 level right now.

Yeah, I remember all the arguments, to some it's only permanent if the lock is sealed shut, whereas to others they're "permanent" even though they get let out to play every day, like whatever, right? I was getting stuck on the term "denied" as it sort of implies that you'd asked for something and been told "no", but what if you hadn't asked? Like, I don't get orgasms at the moment but I'm not "denied" them because I haven't asked for one, so that's why I was struggling to know how to position myself on the Denied axis.
