    I received a text from my wife yesterday afternoon that read "For the foreseeable future you are to wear a sanitary pad 24/7 and you must check on my aches and pains". Being the rocket scientist that I am, I deduced she just started her period. So I do as I'm told regardless of my thoughts on the subject. I take one out, sticky side goes against the panties (figured that out on my own :p) and place it in my panties. Unfold the wings and adhere them to the sides of the crotch of the panties and pull the whole assembly back up. It's been 24 hours of wear at this point and I've come to the following conclusions.

    1. Despite having a cross dressing fetish and wanting to be more feminine, I get nothing from this.
    2. Women have to put up with menstruation and well damn, that is just impressive.
    3. Warm weather and a pad make for sweaty balls. This makes me thing of SNL skit with Alec Baldwin. Look it up, it's hilarious.
    4. She seems immensely proud of this step, like it's some sort of intense psychological mind f**k.

    My biggest take away though is how much I hate waste. When I get a soda at a fast food restaurant or any to go cup I won't get a lid or straw because it's wasteful. I don't buy much in the way of consumer goods and when I do I invest in quality so it lasts a long time. I cringe every time I see a new toy show up knowing it will end up either broken or unused and in either case in the trash. I just feel very wasteful walking around with this silly pad on. Sorry to all you pad lovers out there, just not my cup of tea.

    Aside from doing as you are told, a pad protects your nice panties from stains and is therefore not "wasteful". A proper sissy doesn't want to be caught in soiled/stained panties.:oops: Just be glad your Wife didn't specify Maxies! :D

    Early on, i found that pads keep underwear cleaner, soak up sweat and, over time, are pretty comfortable. Damn sight better than a tampon.

    i first used one from a practical perspective, pre-chastity, to catch drips that came after urination. Never did discover why i had that problem temporarily but it did mean that, early in chastity, i had pads to deal with the leaking.

    Hope you find a place where they feel less wasteful!

    I agree. Nicely said. When wearing my Holy Trainer...a pad catches a few drops that a tissue misses.

    Funny seeing this thread this morning as I just bought a new box of pads yesterday. When I'm in my shortest cage, pads are a might nice way to keep my panties dry.

    The first time my wife found all of my pads under the sink she was starting to throw them out since she doesn't need them and didn't realize they were mine. I explained what I used them for and she was fine. It was like, Oh! haha never mind. She was with me yesterday when I bought a new box. I'm sure the check out girl never considered they were for me.

    Essential in my case! No matter how much I shake or wipe, there's always something left to make a wet patch which shows on my trousers! So Mrs Chaste orders my panty liners along with her own when doing the shopping! She also finds it amusing which is another big plus!!!

    That's OK, you post a thread and you put yourself out there for a negative response. Just to be clear I am doing as told and I'm wearing a pad again today as instructed. My thread wasn't intended as a complaint, it was an observation of my reaction. I love it when my wife feminizes me, so I was surprised this didn't elicit a positive response.

    I think of CM as a place I can come and voice my inner struggles and demons that I wrestle with in this ongoing journey I find myself in. I respect the feedback (unless it's from @L-u-c-y ) and I use it. I can't have a dialogue with anyone in the real world about this stuff, so this is the place I turn to. I prefer the positive comments and constructive criticism or earnest debate to the simplistic response, but I'll take what I can get.

    Put on your big girl pouch panties and stop complaining.

    Your wife must be terrified every day of not doing enough to please your fetishes. If she doesn't satisfy you you will sulk like a big baby, or throw your toys out of the pram and call the whole thing off, like you do regularly.

    I think you need to accept that she is doing all of this for you, you are not doing it for her.

    Ms. Lucy speaks a lot of truth. Personally, I use them frequently whether caged or not. I usually pick pantie liners, as they are thinner and less expensive than full blown pads. But since pads have been specified by your KH, you should wear them for now. If you want to show her how much you are willing to embrace her control, maybe you can use liners when not on your period.

    My wife made her own pads, they get washed after use. We also cloth diapered our three children and made her own reusable wipes.

    She's pretty awesome.

    If you are concerned about the waste that might be an option.

    If @L-u-c-y is correct you have an option to quit the FLR fetish or this aspect of it and your relationship with your wife wouldn’t suffer. Obviously you’d relinquish your kink or part of it, but that is the trade off.

    More generally the feedback you’ll get on here may largely be from people who have resolved such trade offs (for now) in favour of the fetish, rather than quitting the fetish. If you sought feedback from non kinksters I’m pretty sure most would draw out the “you can quit the fetish” option for you to consider.

    LOL-I had the same thought. I do wear pads on occasion, but have explained to my beautiful wife/KH that I need them to keep from staining soiling the pretty panties that she's bought for me. Based on that, she approves of me wearing pads on occasion under my panties.

    I wear pads and liners as well. My wife does not want my cage and her security tag and lock snagging my lace panties. She lays out my panties everyday and if she feels a pad is needed. I wear what she lays out and and very thankful for her control. Some panties I love wearing, others are not so comfortable. The good with the not so good!

    I say do as you're told and be thankful for your wife/KH
