Currently I'm a pretty solid 38 A, I know not much but some real ladies deal with it. Just makes some clothes fit funny. I have several VS that are padded push-up B's that work pretty well. I also have C silicone inserts for unpadded.

Its for me a 42B.
I only wear nonpadded.
Try to increase them with fenegreek and pueraria mirifica, it works absolutely very well.

Thanks, I'll look into it. I currently only use black cohash, ground flax seed (also great omega 3) and evening primrose, all are supposed to raise estrogen levels. I'm also trying to lose a little weight, hope it's no all from my breast!?
