I'm not saying that it can not be done, but you may be setting too high a standard for yourself, especially if this is fairly new for you. Men will tend to have involuntary discharges, either from wet dreams, or from just being aroused enough during play. With regards to reduced need to cum, that's a difficult one. For us, it took quite a few years, and a different approach to chastity. Well, there's a constant degree of frustration, but without any stimulation, I don't get anywhere near as horny as I did in the past.
