    Welcome to the mansion, so let me guess, you've been wrestling with how to have "the talk" with her for a while but just don't know how to do it, right? That is tough and most of us have been through it, and many have messed it up. I think the main thing is to not overwhelm her, you've been here on the forum for almost 2 years already and you're only just saying hello now, so I'm guessing that took some courage too. How about this, have a chat with your wife and bring up the subject of you sex life (or lack thereof), and ask her how she feels about that, ask her if she would be interested in trying to revive it. If she says yes, tell her that you've heard of male chastity and think it might help, then let her Google it and get a feel for it, then play it by ear from there.
