A man can lock himself up, but I think most will agree that such an act pales in comparison to being locked up by a woman, and denied. It's not the restriction from release, it's her.

I'd much rather have release, but relish her, "no," and crave her making a decision without any regard for what I want. Any erotic sense of a cage or a game pales in the light of her making a choice and demanding it. I find that I hang on her words, to find out what she wants, just so I can do it. I get drunk on her power, whether she realizes she has it or not.

I'm afraid I'm underqualified to answer that.

..But I can say with experience that it is much less painful for me to stop an erection before it starts, than to confine a growing one. Therefore IMHO I believe a smaller cage is better for long term wear. Of course, every Body is different, and your mileage may vary.
