Perhaps. I ordered one, but it had a tube attached and it was too big for me.

 

I turtled a lot.
I got a PA piercing.
That fixed the turtling - in or out of chastity.

I don’t like to wear urethral tubes long term.

 

I agree with the PA folks. I got mine in early December and finally about a month ago it started to feel like it’s a part of me and I’m liking it. If you get a reasonable gauge and don’t like it you can remove it and heel it. It does open up some options for you regarding chastity though.

Another vote here for a flat or plate style cage.

 

I turtle a lot too and usually end up with similar situation like yours. After my exploration with knockoff cages, I went with Cherry Keeper Micro. Might try the innie one day, but I haven't got a good ring size for my micro yet.

The plate cage is interesting.

 

Medical issues with urethral devices?

Been using one in various forms for 7 years never had a issue. Never even read about someone who did that was using a good quality one
Have the perfect device now, search is over (not the avatar) 100% escape proof and no PA. That said if your frightened of urethral devices I doubt the tether is for you.

 

i got one with a tube in me and it ok but i read bout the tether thingy and that sound more scary i think.

 

They are scary because they can not be defeated.

That said they are a bit of work getting used to...and understanding how to put them in and take them out takes a fair bit of practice. Actually a lot of practice and perseverance.

But once you get the hang of it...it is a very good solution. And I cant help myself...if there is a better way Ill find it
