Why is relocking such a chore?

it can only become a chore if it's been unlocked in the first place.

 

times I've been unlocked, I'm not forced to put it back on immediately. I'm normally given the freedom to put it back on when I want. which normally is the next day morning for me

I feel sometimes staying locked is the best option. As I said before being unlocked for a short time is more cruel than kind.
The chore of relocking is something I just need to live with.
In my fantasy I wish @Mistress Jules would keep locked for months on end.
In real life I know that can not happen I will have to be unlocked on the Aug 1st for a hospital appointment.

I hope to be unlocked in the next few weeks for a comfort break.
So for me the chore of relocking will never be too far away.

 

I wouldn’t worry about it too much. I don't actually mind my bf's childish, sulky desubbed attitude when being re-locked.

I agree. I would love to spend an extended period of time locke up and anytime I am let out I would have to be in bondage of some sort. But as you said the downside to that is she would have to be comfortable applying the cage to me and I think they are too complicated, not to mention the pinching factor.

This is an interesting thread to read but I'm Sorry but when I've been unlocked for a while I can't wait to get a cage back on. I've become so accustomed to wearing one that I feel li,e something is missing when I'm not locked. It's not a chore for me to re lock

 

I think one of the contributing factors of this reluctance to enter back into chastity has to do with a "broken spell".
There are of course several ways in which the chastity spell can be broken and this is but one;

As an example, recently my wife and I were helping at a large event and at certain points were seperately wandering round looking at other booths/stalls. I was locked up as normal. My wife came back to me and pointed out a particular one and said "you ought to go there and volunteer to get involved". I went over to see what it was about and it turned out they were wanting experiment volunteers to test their reaction to certain sexual stimuli. A male would have to wear a sleeve with electrodes around his penis. Would i like to take part? I made my excuses based on being away at the required time.
