I started a poll awhile. Ack here and was surprised by the results. I thought many would exaggerate and get into a who has the smallest contest. But results were pretty consistent.

Under 4= 8 people
4 inches= 18 people
5 inches= 42 people
6 inches = 59 people
7 inches = 41 people
8+ inches = 17

I think it's fair to say that most are between 5 and 7, and the odds of being 8 inches or more aren't much different than the odds of being 4 inches.

Under 4 is the only one that was fairly uncommon. This of course is a small sample size, but is consistent.

Lots of men define small as "my size." Others define it as "smaller than me."

I have a tendency to enjoy small-penis humiliation, so I like to think that at 5 inches erect I'm small. But the most recent research suggests that the average length is only slightly more than that. I would still come in at "smaller than average" and if that means "small," so be it. But there's a large proportion of men on the small side of average.

 

I’m just over 6” and the same in thickness, but flasid I get as small as 2” but still thick.

But to conclude: I don't think, there's a "number", and being below that means "small"!
It depends on body-proportions as well, as some average cock might look tiny on a giant Basketball-Player or such.
But in the end I am very self-confident: I can tell it`s a tiny one when I see it!

 

I'm 4x16 (metric), 1.57x6.3 in full erection but when I am flascid I am a lot lot smaller like 1 inch in length. Less if I compress it.

I discover that some men has big penis in erection and about the same flascid, while other grow a lot and the flascid lengh has no meaning.

That's the funny thing about averages - they tend to be toward the middle of any given range
