We were in the supermarket just after last Christmas, when my wife placed a pretty new notebook and pen into the cart. I asked her what it was for, thinking she’d say she needed it for work or a journal etc., but she told me that as from January 1st that I was expected to keep a record of our orgasms. So as instructed I record date, whether am or pm, recipient of orgasm, method and number of orgasms. Recently it has been updated to include rules and regulations in the back of the book. Does anyone else have similar books etc?
I have a spreadsheet that runs a macro to count big O, locked, out for a stretch... An app would be cool and much easier. I also track visits with bulls, as well as other significant events. Always fun to look back from time to time. What I've learned is that there is no algorithm at play for us, it's just what @MrsBR_Saiph wants , according to when She wants it
We have a small monthly chalk board that I am terrible at recording hers /my occasional orgasm.. I have no good excuse for this. I'm quite sure Mistress would appreciate suggestions on how to make sure her submissive record each orgasm, spanking and ruined accurately.
I use Diaro. I record monthly totals for each of us. There is a page for rules. I also write my recollection of an intimate encounters and reflect on my progress of submitting to chastity under her guidance. I like the app because it backs up to Dropbox and can be entered, edited, or reviewed from any device.
Like @BR_Saiph, i use a spreadsheet to track all these details. It's a bit clunky, but makes it easy to track different things as they come up. For instance, i recently added tracking PIV by me vs my Keyholder Wife's favorite dildo, "Phil". I'm currently way behind for the year. asa

We use the notes on the smartphone. We record her orgasms my orgasms, last PIV, ruined orgasms and since i am locked in chastity...26 to 1 for April...
I did suggest a spreadsheet on the Mac but my wife likes to have it hand written in the notebook, which she keeps by her side of the bed, she checks it to make sure it’s up to date.
I’d forgotten to enter three of my wife’s orgasm’s last week! Yes, we have a chastity audit book. Locked/unlocked, number of locked days left in the month, orgasms for me. On a separate page she has me write down infractions and punishments.
