The ring in mounted on a post that goes where a PA would go. The ring itself is free floating attached to the post so when your penis goes forward or backwards it moves with it. When trying to pull out the ring will move back with it till it gets to an angel that cause the ring to grip your penis just behind the head. Its important to get the ring size perfect so your penis head will not slide out. I will post some pics but wont be till tuesday because im on a 96 hr work shift right now. Hope this helps illustrate how it works

Thanks, sounds marvelous. I look forward to seeing the pics. For a long time, I've been trying to devise a way to do something like this, using a "Chinese finger-trap" concept, so once attached, you can't pull backward. Sounds like this might come close.

This page on Ms. Lori's site includes a pretty good review of a device with the anti-slip out ring. Too bad it doesn't come with any pictures.
    http://www.chastitytube.com/review2.html

After contemplating a full belt for a while, I am now leaning toward one of these devices from Ms. Lori.

I received my new 2A with options. Photos are in my album newest cage. They may not be visible for a while.
Three months and two weeks from order to delivery.
This 2A is truly an awesome work of art!
It is even an exact match for the dimensions I specified.
Photos were taken after 12 hours of wear with too small of a back ring. My fault for ordering too small! Ms Lori delivered exactly what I ordered.
Be aware a round ring feels smaller than an oval ring of the same size. Width of the ring also affects how tight it feels. I will wear it for a while longer and then send it back for adjustment to a slightly larger back ring and spacing.

Thanks for the info, Wannabee. I'm looking forward to seeing the pictures.

How did you go about ordering, finding out what options were actually available, and sizing information? I'm having a really tough time figuring that out from the website.

I'm surprised to read that a round ring feels smaller than an oval ring of the same size. Maybe it's a matter of individual differences, the shape of the "package," as I found that I could wear a smaller round ring than an oval one. From the rules of geometry, a circle will have a greater interior area than an oval of the same circumference. If you take two rings of the same size, you make one into an oval by squishing it down vertically, so it's shorter and wider than the circular one. The more you bend the oval down, making it wider and narrower, the smaller the area inside it becomes, until ultimately the top and bottom of the ring meet.

I went with a ringless device, but from my email exchange with Ms Lori: "Our rings are also slightly oval in shape like a chicken egg standing on end. "

I sent mine back 2x because of the ring. this last time i got the ring resized and bought a new ring to go with it. I would normally use a 1 5/8. I am testing out a 1 7/8 now and have a 2 inch if it's to small.

What was the problem with the ring? Not oval enough or just sized wrong?
Have you had other devices you could use ting size from?

i used mature metals and some of the cheap Chinese devices in the past. 1 5/8 oval fit perfect with mature metal. 1 7/8 seems like a good fit with her round rings. Every other measurement i took was perfect.

No matter how careful you are, there's always some trial and error. For me, it seemed just the opposite, I was able to wear a smaller round ring than an oval one.

The hole in the back ring is round, but it is a round wide flat band. The wide flat band is 0.35" or 11/32" or 8.89mm in width..
That is wide enough to get a good grip!

Can someone elaborate why you cannot pull out? It just looks like an O ring behind the head

The ring acts as a vice. Because of the angle of the ring, if properly sized, dosent allow the head of your penis to slide out. I have tried to pull out of mine and the pain created is great. Feels like you are going to rip your head off. It is a simple design but very, very effective. You would have to try it to really see and feel what Im talking about.

The bottom of the ring is attached to the bottom of the cage in a manner that allows the ring to lean forward or backward. If you attempt to pull your penis back, the top of the ring leans backward, pushing down on the penis. The more you pull the penis back, the more the ring leans back and presses downward, trapping the penis tighter toward the bottom of the cage.

That's just what I understand from pictures and theory. I don't own one yet.

Thats a good description. Pretty much explains it all. The more you pull the harder it presses down

Thanks for explaining it that way. Would it work on someone who is a grower? I would love to read more reviews on this since it is not a cheap upgrade. I imagine it had to be a lot snugger then the actual cage

It should work, if it's sized correctly, but as I said, I don't have one yet, so I can only guess. Obviously, since the anti-slip ring is inside the cage, it will have a smaller diameter than the cage. It needs to fit snugly on the shaft behind the glans, so that when the penis pulls backward the glans will engage the top of the ring, pushing it back and downward. That's what creates the clamping effect.
