    Bad news for you.

    Some depressing reading...
    We want it fast, and we want it cheap, and one of the things we lose with fast+cheap is quality.

    It's one of the reasons we grow most of our own fully organic food without chemicals (including NPK). We follow Elaine Ingham's approach to growing soil and looking after the soil.

    We are with you on all of this...we grow some of our own food, and we cook fresh from scratch daily. My wife bakes all of our bread. I have a big compost bin, too boot... :)

    We don't do fast food either and very rarely go out to eat.

    I'm with @bondinchas here. As we've gotten deeper and deeper into being chaste, it takes me at least a month -- a month without erections at all -- to get back to that fully submissive beta state that works for me. I hate the first week or two, knowing that I'm looking at another month or two before I hit day 50 or whatever when I've accommodated myself to my chastity. And once I get there I'm not anxious for her to make me have an orgasm, I'm much more desirous that she permit me to worship and that she actively deny me erections, or that she permit an erection but no touching or stroking, just the denial of 'oh, you can still get erect, but edging and pleasure isn't for beta masturbators like you. Let's get you locked back up.'

    More than 90% of semen us produced in the seminal vesicles and prostate glands. 5% is sperm produced in the testicles which is what is suppressed by a vasectomy. The hormone testosterone is also produced by the testicles but is released into the blood stream.
