23 days is my personal record, but that was during the holiday retail season, so I had plenty of things to keep me busy and take my mind off of how badly I needed an orgasm. I wouldn’t count a ruin as a release unless you actually want a ruin. In my case, I don’t want to orgasm in my cage at all. I wanna hold out until my unlocking day.

Ruins and spontaneous orgasms are not pleasant for me, so I don’t count them as release, but I also stopped treating them as unauthorized/punishable. If it happens then it happens but I’m gonna try to fight it off if I feel one coming. If I can’t, then oh well… Just part of learning how my system works.

I’m in my early 40’s but since I started chastity I feel like I’m in my 20’s again.

But I think my situation is simply the fact that I was jerking off and busting my nut multiple times per day, literally every day, since I hit puberty, so I think my body is hard-wired to “refill & release” as fast as possible.
