This isn't something I'd even consider tbh. When I'm locked it's up to her when I'm released, it just takes the decision out of both of our hands long term (rather than short term through the kitchen safe) and it will be a massive ball ache to remove the device down the line.

 

Josielynn at cherry keeper has an interesting and low cost "permanent" solution for any cage set up for an integrated lock. While not 100% permanent (nothing is) but is still way cheaper than destroying a quality cage or even a cheap one.

It is simple plastic key that fits in the same slot as the brass "cylinder with tab" style cage locks . The tab on the far end of the key is molded at an angle to the main tab so that it is under torsion and automatically snaps into place when fully inserted. You will need a set of pliers to install it and, once fully inserted, it is not coming out unless you drill the insert out. A link to a video on how to install it at:

For cages with pad locks, filling the lock hole (before latching) and key slot with red locktite or epoxy is pretty darned permanent.

Both approaches require a destructive intervention with a powered tool.

 

I could see permanent chastity making more sense in a cuckold relationship. The padlock style does NOT require a power tool to remove. A good quality, small chain/bolt cutter, available at most hardware stores, removes any small padlock in seconds, without power. Super glue isn’t permanent as you can’t get stuff to dissolve it or cut the cage off with a dremel. But it does send a strong message of, “I don’t plan on you being unlock for quite a while.

Many stainless steel cages can be cleaned well enough while worn so hygiene isn’t necessarily an issue. She should probably keep some super glue remover handy though for an emergency. Then again, embarrassment is the biggest issue you’d have if you suddenly had to go the the hospital suddenly.
