I ordereone of these, it should be here in a few weeks. As similar as it is to my A200, I wanted to try the integrated lock. I’ll let y’all know how it goes

I saw this one too. Hinges scare me, and 'soft protection' looks like something to rub a raw spot.....thought about it and passed.

I’m wearing a BON4M copy right now with latex tubing over the ring, it’s the most comfortable device I’ve ever worn. It’s been on for four months.

Hinges are not generally an issue I found it was what ever the central pin was made of. If it was brass it would discolour, verdigris, tarnish whatever not pleasant to look at and stains you scrotum. Alternatively a lot of them contain nickel which irritates a lot of folk to death ..me included.

Why anyone would go to the trouble of making the cage out of allegy free materials and then include a cheap hinge pin not really fit for purpose is beyond me.

A hinge pin made of 316 stainless steel same as your cage hopefully... should not give any issues.

If you do need some thin protection from the hinge pin try a cutting a a bit out of oneof those long ballons the sculptor/child entainers use. Inexpensive which is good as your lube might break them down quickly as some petrol based ones can do anything latex.

I have four feet of latex tubing, and I use diabetic hand cream as ring lube and cocoa butter for cage lube

I've been put in a Holt Trainer V2.
This is resin design but has an interested lock also.
I love the interested lock, more discreet, creates a better shape when you can't be that discreet, no noise, scratching and looks more organic.

Good luck with the new cage. I've used a hinged ring with a tube cover and it worked well.

If I have to I’ll just cover the whole ring like I have with the one I’m wearing

I bought this in resin it should be here monday. This way I can see which of the four rings is the proper size. I believe the 48mm will be the one but this way I can be sure.

    before buying it
i tried the "plastic version" with all rings (to choose the good one)
    https://fr.aliexpress.com/item/4000349897986.html
and, that's not good : the lock goes out when you touch (a little) the cage
perhaps is the metal more rigid
    i'm wiating for your test

Well, it’s well made and if it were as big girth wise as the BON4M it’d be great.... sadly there’s no way in hell I could get it on... way too narrow for me

what's your problem with the girth wise ?
too narrow with your usual measures ?

no problem of easily accidental openings ?

I’m a little wide, well, a lot wide.... I really liked my Vice but it just caused problems being too tight, even with the biggest ring and clamp..... There’s no way I can even get in this one
