There are women into castration and male eunuchs. They’re very rare and most are into the fantasy of it rather than the reality. That said, there are a few who are actually into it in real life. I know as I had a friend who was always seriously talking about castrating her fiancé, Unfortunately I lost contact with her so I don’t know if she ever did it, but I know she was very serious about it.

I am technically a eunuch (though with the use of exogenous estradiol and progesterone I am physiologically different from a true eunuch). For me, the more attractive option by far would be to retain the testicles but have a penectomy. Hormones would be unaffected but the possibility of sexual relief would be gone, along with the need for a cage. Sadly this isn’t a surgery it would be possible to have safely and legally.

Several years since I have researched castration and its not an easy procedure to get done, i dont think there is a surgeon in the UK that would do this unless your transitioning or its a medical need.

If one is considering becoming a eunuch, or wanting to castrate their sub, maybe a trial run with chemical castration should take place first using some form of testosterone blockers.

In any case I wouldn’t want to be castrated at all, I don’t want to lose my desire, just my opportunity for relief. Plus being castrated leads to health issues unless you take hormones. I’ve looked into it and it’s a definite no-no for me.
Isn’t it annoying, though, that “transitioning” is seen as a valid thing but sexual perversion isn’t?
