Early bed times

My Wife announced me that she would set a time I had to get up in the morning. Fortunatelly, she has not done it yet, but I am careful and I try not to upset her with my late getting up (she wakes up very early).
No rules for the evening besides the fact that I go bed when my Wife tells me to do it.

I have a set time of 06H30 every morning. And my wife wants her coffee at 06H45 sharp. It actually helped me in the morning as I always was rushing to get to work, those days are over. Im 30min early everyday and work started to take notice. So Mistress looks after my needs in her own way

 

that is quite an intense power exchange, I have to say. More so than being made to get up early.

 

I'm often sent to bed early, when she needs time on her own, i've been sent to bed as early as 6pm, caged of course

 

I'll be told to go to bed early sometimes. And she always wakes me up. However I have no set times. But thats really comforting that your Domme sets your bed time. It shows care and authority all at the same time.

And the morning wake up time to make coffee, now thats just genius right there. Two lucky boys.

 

I wish I had a bedtime! Id love to be in bed by 9. But she gets mad if I go to bed before her.

We do have a set time that I need to leave the house. This is a self improvement thing for me so I'm not lazy about getting to work.

 

Yes. Nightly, I'm told to kneel which is a precursor to going to bed. How long I kneel varies as does how long it is until she comes into the room. Times vary depending on our schedules but my kneeling is also part of our schedule - she makes sure of it.

I love this idea, and if we have the possibilities I will do it. We have a different rule at home but I think it is a nice one, you will be in better mood in the morning and can wake up early also to do chores and prepare her breakfast.

it has happens that she told me to go to bed early when we have some events or in opposite asks me to stay awake near her, sometime she want an erotic story until 2am. I do it as she rules.

but you hare more to gain in onbeying her, she may be help you to have an healthier life also.

 

My mistress added a new rule I am not to go to bed till she is fully sleeping. Since breaking her trust. I am no longer allowed to see her get undress and ready for bed either.

 

Little actions like this, add up in the long run to help you realize her power and your duty to obey. Thinking about serving her as you try to fall asleep is a useful way to spend that time.

 

Not her rule but I go to bed often hours before her because I work too early. This does give her time to wind down and do anything she does not want me to know about...

 

Madam and I normally go to bed at the same time, unless she has gone out, but then I normally wait up for her.

 

well i has to sleep in my own bedroom in the week cos i fidget a lot in bed and it wake up Mistress but i am allow in Her bed on weekend and its lovley. i am sometime send to bed early if i keep fidget on the chair when we watch tv but not very often now.

 

setting early bed time is really a good rule. it adds control on subs and let some time for the mistress. Adding diapers can be even more controlling. no excuses to get off the bed after bed time.

I have to go to bed:
- before my wife does (when I do, she often comes to control if I am really sleeping)
- with my wife
- never later than she does (no! exception)
Simple but effective.

If I am out of house for business she has technical oppotunities to check my bedtime and sleeping.

 

Wife will send me to bed only when she is punishing me. I am normally in bed by 10 due to work, When I'm in trouble I have to go to bed once kitchen is clean from dinner

 

that better than go to bed with no dinner.

 

Me and my wife have a similar rule. Of us, she always went to bed before me. Usually around 10, I could easily stayed up till 1am even in normal weekdays. Somehow i always found things to do in the evenings or an interesting show to watch. The downside was that it was always hard for me to get out of bed in the morning. Or im moody from a lack of sleep.

Now we go to bed together around 10. Im not allowed to stay up later then her. Resulting that i am well rested for work. I wake up at 6. Make us coffee and breakfast. No more rushing to work. We start the day together. I am a much more relaxed person. This rule works out for me. I see it as an act of love. She saw what i needed and acted on it. It sounds weird but a simply going to bed early, was something i really needed her correcting support with. I could not do it on my own. I really love her for this.

Another up is that when i go to bed with her or before her. She can have an eye on me. That i am not doing something she does not like me to do.

 

I'm sent to bed as a punishment. Does not matter the time. If she has had enough of me for the day, I'm sent to bed. No TV, no reading. Just lay there and think about what got me there. Being in a cage prevents any playtime. I think it really sucks to be honest.

Whenever I am at Auntie's house I am put to bed at 6.30pm as I'm reminded that evenings are for Grown Ups. I'm usually woken up at around 10.00pm by Auntie and given my 'Night Bottle' which is full of Auntie's Final Wee Wee of the day! I no longer have Dry Nites.
