Does Chastity Cause Shrinkage?

This in my opinion is an argument of causation VS correlation and there is really no way it'll ever be settled. You can point to medical points about the penis but the fact is there has never been any scientific study regarding this exact topic, so even pointing to science is speculation. It is known that over time the penis can shrink WITH age, not because of it. There are several factors believed to be attributed to this and who's to say this can't be one of them unless it's truly studied.

Now, I have laundry to do and a floor to sweep before I leave for work.

 

My own personal experience, and nothing more, is that long periods of chastity (4-8 weeks) will result in significantly smaller initial erections upon release. There is size recovery if left unlocked *at night* for a period of weeks. However, she does not leave me unlocked for those periods anymore. So the last two times I've seen him he was smaller.

It is this "use it or lose it" that has started to bother me.

The pre- chastity situation I and my KH had noted with very frequent play was that the quality of my erections improved no end. Harder and to quote her, "so fat". Not longer per se. Basically the converse of "use it or lose it"

She was a newbie. I a long time switch. There was a lot I happily exposed her to as I very much enjoyed her discoveries about her own sexuality.

Along the way chastity has very much seized her imagination (amongst other fetishes I introduced her to, some of which dovetail neatly with chastity to my way of thinking). Chastity not ever a fantasy of mine and even now I get more from her incredible arousal than the things I have discovered I enjoy from chastity.

It was the struggle with painful night time erections that was the biggest physical challenge. In time subsided. But I feel subsided both because I am more relaxed in my cage during sleep now but also my body seems to curtail or diminish my night time erections now. My body seems to reduce the intensity level of my night time erections. I can find myself twitching uncontrollably for ages with what I would have called the beginnings of an erection, without achieving a full erection. Not unpleasant in itself but I now almost miss having full blown night time erections nothwithstanding the consequential pain and discomfort. Go figure.

So are we lockee's, in saying goodbye to those glorious full blown night time erections, reducing our ability to achieve them in our waking hours on being uncaged?

It has only been a few months I have agreed to run down this chastity path with my KH but I think the quality of my uncaged erections has diminished notwithstanding my sex drive has been heightened in chastity.

I think size, length etc is a good objective measure that has been mentioned in the above posts but has anyone noticed the intensity and quality of their erections diminished? Short or long term?

i haven't been in chastity long enough to tell, but a few years ago, i had to go
on a cocktail of pharmaceuticals, most of which had known and substatial effect on being able to get and achieve an good firm erection. Sometims for sex, a viagra would help but i would often lose my erection during sex (i still could cum just fine). i still felt horny but not with the usual erection. For over 4 years, i rarely got any erection and it got to my head to the extent of not initiating as often as i should have and wanted to. i was able to drop some of the medications in late 2016 and recommend to my wife that we explore an FLR.
To the OP's question, I don't know about chastity belt use, but going 4 years with getting an erection only once every couple of months led to a shrinkage. I was a solid 6" and 5 1/2 in circumference at widest spot. i am now 51/3 " long and 4.9 " circumference. It sucks just from an ego standpoint and as my Mistress Wife's lover is a lot bigger and thicker than i and she loves it, t is kind of anguishing. i am in chastity 24/7 and very very limited releases (haven't cum in 9 weeks today. On the other hand, my wife has me service her orally nearly every day sometimes multiple times and her older lover is very Dom and into Domming and using me almost as much as having a wide variety of frequent wild sex with her. As my Mistress Wife reminds me, i am getting far more sex in a month than i did in a couple of years before.

 

Be sure that ages, smoking and getting fat will shrink it also.
On my side I discover that its flacid size get smaller with time, I wold say from 2 inch at least to less than one now.
And in erection it is the same, I love a cage that allow me to extend to 7cm in erection (a few less than 3 inch), after a week of that cage I am erected of 7 cm. I found it funny, will try shorter cage in the futue.
After a week it goes back to its normal size of 16 cm (few more than 6 inch).
So caged it and it shrick for some time. I ordered a Nub, a very small cage, will telle you what happen then.
