Yes, it will shrink you, and if you stay locked, you will stay shrunken.

After about 10 days out of my cage and after some erections and a couple of cums, I was back to my previous length and thickness.

If it was practical, I would remain locked all the time, so that I could remain small all the time. That's just my wife's preference. She prefers large cocks, so I'm not allowed to fuck. When you're not allowed to fuck, your penis size no longer matters.

I know a couple of guys in long term chastity (think years) and they would tell you "yes, it does." The real question is whether it's permanent and how long it takes to recover not only the original size, but also strength of erection. I have no idea. And these guys won't find out any time soon. But it does mean they were changing to smaller and smaller devices as they went along. Which might be necessary if you use a piercing, depending on how it's attached. At the very least, it's something to budget for. From what I've been told, the first year didn't make that much of a difference. Although it's surely individual, I think it's a safe bet doing a couple of weeks at a time with recovery in between should be fine (and plenty of people do something along those lines, so plenty of experience). Planning to do a couple of years? I don't know.

We all know that muscles atrophy. So it's not outrageous to think that a similar change could happen to erectile tissue. And if it does, how do you exercise it? Masturbation doesn't seem to increase your size. Even with muscles, a couple of weeks without exercise won't really do anything. Muscle is harder to gain than to lose, so it takes some time.

Erectile tissue is basically sponge-like, so it doesn't change much over a lifetime. It may take longer to return to a normal length after being locked for a long period, but like so many things, it all depends on the individual.

And since this tissue is not the same as muscle tissue, it can't atrophy with lack of use; but there are supporting muscles, such as with the blood vessels that supply the penis, that can degenerate with age. This would make it more difficult to maintain an erection, or perhaps even allow the penis to become fully erect.

The upshot is that none of this is really affected by chastity.

 

In my previous post, I said it doesn't make any difference how small you are if you're not allowed to fuck anymore.
