The internet depicts a lot sissification and cuckolding related to male chastity. I'm curious what the venn diagram would look like.
Chastity is like the franks red hot sauce of kink. "I put that shit on everything". To those who dont understand the reference it's basically an advert for hot sauce. Give it a quick googling. I don't think chastity leads to any of the aforementioned kinks. It's not a gateway kink. The curiosity of those other kinks is likely already inside. Chastity just compliments feminization and cuckold kinks so well. That's why you see them together so often. But they are not mutually exclusive.
You really need an option for "observer/I don't do chastity/just curious". And perhaps one for "deviceless chastity only".
@Caro-Kann I was looking for results from people who participate. @Peaches fair point as it also overlaps with Femdom I wonder how different the results would be if I'd asked what do you fantasize vs actual practice
It certainly works great with femdom. But many gay folk love chastity. The longer I wonder through this lifestyle, the less I try to define what is and what isn't. What's gay, what's straight, what's kinky, what's vanilla, enjoy what you enjoy and don't worry about what the person next to you is doing. Unless it's turning you on....
I think I first heard of chastity devices in the very late 80's or early 90's because I remember it being on an episode of Donahue - some mid-morning talk show my mother watched. It wasn't a chastity belt, and it may have even been a CB or a CB-predecessor. Donahue was interviewing some couples while the audience sat pretty shocked at the idea that anyone would want to undergo lockup. I remember that one of husbands had a huge smile on his face and that the couples were discussing how their marriages had improved. There was only so much that could be said on TV, especially then, but it was being promoted as a "marital aid" that could stop the husband from cheating. Nothing about dominance, kink, or crossdressing., just peace of mind for the wife and thus a "better marriage." In retrospect, I'm surprised that it was introduced to the mainstream so early - though there was enough giggling that I guess audience reaction helped. But I think that such introductions - and word-of-mouth - is what got to introduced to more people as a "sex thing" or a "marital aid" rather than a D/s or "kink thing".
I don't think this data can give you a venn diagram. "Chastity" fully overlaps with both "Chastity and feminization" and "Chastity cuckolding" since both include chastity by definition. Also, you are not asking how many people are into both chastity feminization and also chastity cuckolding so no relationship can be drawn. Yes, I am a nerd. Sorry to criticize, just thought it important to point this out in support of math.
I am chastisised by my keyholdress. From time to time she makes me wear panties. Since this isnt regularly and she not really wants to feminize me i only counted for chastity.
Just chastty for us. No spanking, feminisation, pegging, panty wearing, or being rented out to the under 25s ladies volley ball team for sexual pleasures (sadly).
Locked, I think the OP was not trying to create one as much as he wanted us to recognize that the intersection of sets can become very small very quickly. Given that the Mansion only allows “polls” this was the best way to describe what he wishes to learn.
please is Venn a man and if the thingy is little rings with words put in, well what is it for please.
The Venn (a person) diagram helps to illustrate the intersection or union of two or more sets. (Populations). They help us to understand the “and” (intersection) and the “or” (union).
But you are incorrect though as the latter two categories may not be inclusive to people who like "just chastity". There are a bunch of things here not referred to in the original question (also sadly). Also, the people that would like to practice those things and the people that get to practice those things weren't referred to either. That distinction between fantasy v. reality would garner different results, I imagine.
