My wife decided to unlock me from my kink3d cobra a little over a month ago and realized that she forgot where she put the keys (both copies were still on the key chain)! It’s been weighing heavy on her all these weeks. I have a medical appointment in a few weeks and we were getting pretty stressed. I tried picking it and failed and really didn’t want to destroy the cage. I love it. We searched the entire house today and she finally found it!! What a relief. I asked if I could be unlocked and she said no. What an incredible woman. lol. Has anyone else gone through this ordeal?
The same thing happened to use in the very beginning of our chastity journey except for the fact they were actually lost in the mail. We wanted to try denial for a day or 2 and I had the harebrained scheme of putting them in an envelop and mailing back to our house. My wife packaged them, I took them to the post office, and when a week went by we ended up drilling off the stop on the end of the barrel lock. We now have 4 keys, one she wears around her neck, 2 in tamper proof holders, and one in the safety deposit box. The third is on my key ring and sealed with a number tag and in 7 years never used it. Our remaining one is on the kitchen shelf in a glass jar with the lid glued shut and the glass has my wife's signature across the jar.
My wife would get into the habit of leaving the keys at work during the week so she wouldn't feel tempted to unlock me. At some point she stopped even bringing them home, and after that, she had actually lost the key. Turned out she put it in her purse and promptly forgot about it.
Think of it like this, My Mistress, comes to all doctor's appointments and unlocks be only if it is needed in the office.
I dont know if it could be worse but recent experience Mistress/Wife gave me key to unlock for hygiene. I have and HTv5 knock off. When I put the key in, it turns but nothing happened. It didnt unlock at all. Looks like the little nub on the end of the key was almost gone completely. I knew that wasnt right. I had another key to a different size ring that fit but wouldnt turn either. Long story short, after working with it for over an hour or so, I did get the key to catch and unlock the tumbler finally. I switched out the ring after that but I was having all kinds of thoughts how cutting the cage off or drilling the tumbler might have to happen. Not good at all. Hope you get a solution to yours without cutting the cage off.
You can pick these locks with paperclips using the simple rakeing technique. Something to put som tension then rake away
