Recently I am doing some online research about libido and testosterone levels. Due to high stress my testosterone levels have come down by a lot. I am 39 years old, 1 year in chastity and my testosterone value is 12 nmol/l .

I was wondering if other people here know their testosterone level since we are all subs I have this theory that we might have a lower testosteron level than dominant men.

I am going to try to get my levels back to normal with help of a doctor to experience the true chastity experience. I have only experience chastity with a relatively low libido compare to before my stress problems. For me it hasn't been very frustrating or hard so far to be in chastity. But I have to say my KH is very gentle and gives me releases quite often. About every 7-10 days. 2 weeks would be long. The main reason is that she really likes penetration. She is still working on her what we call cattle. Her bulls. She now has 3 but she wants to have 8-10. Because life is so busy for us and the bulls. She can only meet her bulls once every 2 weeks at max. That's why she needs about 8-10 so she hopes to get dick 3-5 times per week. In that case I don't think I will have that many releases anymore.

My levels were sub 100 when I was in my early forties. Began T treatments way back then. I maintain my levels between 800 and 900 with an injection every 4 days. The day after my T injection, I take a small injection of HCG to prevent testicular atrophy. Also, because you will be carrying the T levels of a healthy 25 year old, you will likely need an estrogen blocker. Sounds like a lot, but it’s not…and the results are worth it. Increased energy, better mental acuity, improved muscle tone, etc, etc. Another huge plus, or negative depending on your outlook, is a greatly increased libido. Being horny like a young man and being denied for long periods can be a challenge I promise you.

I had low libido and low testosterone levels for years that progressively got worse in my 50's and early 60's. I started having erectile dysfunction in my early to mid 50's. Some of it is due to high cholesterol and plaque build-up in my arteries. About 18 months ago, I started to discover my other erogenous zones, especially my nipples, and began teasing myself to stimulate me. This started increasing my libido and I started masturbating more frequently once again. My wife and I were in a sexless marriage but I wanted to fix it. 1 year ago, I admitted my masturbation & porn use, told her about chastity, tease & denial, asked her to be my KH, and told her how I had been stimulating myself to a place where my ED was going away. She insisted on becoming my only source of sexual stimulation and told me not to tease myself anymore. She teases me 3-4 times per week though it was almost daily at first. I had my testosterone levels checked and I'm now in the normal range for men age 20-50. My T level is twice that of a normal 65 year old. My hair is growing faster once again. See the chart on Testosterone Levels by Age on this webpage.

I'm locked 24x7, have sex with my wife 3-4 x per week, but am only released for an orgasm about 1 per month. I take no supplements and get no treatments other than my wife's "physical therapy". She agreed with me that physical therapy as long as she is able and willing is better than supplements, treatments, etc. This keeps my energy levels up and keeps me in a loving, submissive state serving her so that she wants to keep me happy and healthy.

That's absurdly low. Severely low. Something is very wrong with your body. See a doctor.

    12 nmol/l = 345 Ng/dl
    A
I thing you didn't see that my number was in different units.
    12 nmol/L = 345 Ng/dl
At my age of 39 it should be between 500-600 Ng/dl or 20 nmol/L so it's not absurdly low. According to my doctor it was within the norm but I don't accept this so I am going back to talk about it again. I feel pretty okay but just lesser libido lesser sperm lesser erection as it use to be and lesser motivation to work. I want to have it back again mainly to get a better chastity experience.

I'm 43, very healthy and actually very gym goer active lifestyle. I was about 360 and I saw a urologist and he was very in to me being in the 700 range initially and from there, see how I feel. I just started about 3 weeks ago and we'll see how I feel after a couple months. Had lethargy, brain fog, lack of focus/motivation, took forever to recover from workouts and strenuous, and a lower libido etc.

Note, my general doc said I was fine and it took me 6 months of pushing to get referred to a urologist.

Things I've felt have improved a little already but waiting to see how my blood tests in 6 more weeks.

I want to do TRT but my wife thinks it'll make me a raging psychopath which is might. Still will try it. The mental fog and "old man brain" is really the worst part of aging, far worse than any slow physical decline.

Before I transitioned and got on HRT, my testosterone was 140 Ng/dl and my estradiol level was around 105.

My final thoughts on TRT therapy are simple. I figure I have X number of days on this earth and I want them to be good ones. I’m nearing my 59th birthday and have been on TRT for 14 years. I’m still able to keep up and mentally out perform much younger men and women in an extremely high stress environment. One piece of this is work ethic, but a huge part of this is having the energy, the drive, and mental acuity of a man 15-20 years my junior. Aging gracefully sounds cool, but why should I if I don’t have too? My MD has suggested there could be long term negative side effects, although she cant really name any. Maybe so…but after 14 years of TRT therapy, the only negative side effect I have seen is the sometimes unwanted higher libido for a man my age. The key is finding a specialist that will manage your hormones correctly.

Higher risk of prostate cancer. But at your age, your doctor should be monitoring PSA levels anyway, so that would be seen before anything bad happens (hopefully).

I’ve been on TRT for 6 years. When I started my total T was 600, and I was 44 years old. Most docs would say I was fine, however I had literally every low T symptom there is. my Estradiol was extremely high.
I just had labs done for my yearly check in with my specialist, I’ve been maintaining a total T level of around 1450 and feel amazing, zero side effects. My psa has been the same for these 6 years, around 1.2.
Had my heart scanned about a year ago and was told for someone my age they rarely see anyone with a scan so clear, asked if I lived on special diets etc, nope. Just try to eat in moderation, keep carbs down, still lift weights and exercise regularly but not like a maniac or anything.
My T has been as high as 1780 while we were still finding my best protocol, and even then I had nothing going on that said it was too high. No acne, no mood swings.
There’s a lot of fear about testosterone use out there, but very low T and higher estrodial is very dangerous for you too.
Obviously everyone is different, various health factors will play into all medical and medication decisions. So your mileage may vary. But the way I felt at 44, I wouldn’t have wished on my worst enemy, and these last 6 years on T and hcg, I feel like I’m in my 20’s again…..my work and sports injuries remind me I’m not, but any way, I wouldn’t go back to pre T for anything

How is chastity for you with these high levels of T? And did you also experienced chastity before TRT?

We actually started using the cage a couple years into TRT. I had a tough time adjusting my level of estrogen, apparently my body has a very small window of tolerance for it.
And for those who don’t know, too much estrogen and you can get ED, too little and guess what…that’s right, ED! Extremely frustrating!
So while this was going on and I was having labs drawn every couple months, I had discovered cock cages and thought it might be fun to try. The rest is history.
I take a half an estrogen blocker per week to help control the level, but I also asked my doc to put me on daily 5mg tadalafil as well, so I know he’s ready to go no matter what.
You may think I’d be in pain with constant erections trying to bust through the bars, but my body adjusted very quickly, I will occasionally get a morning erection that wakes me up if we’ve had some intense teasing the night before, or I drank too much water too close to bedtime. But it honestly hasn’t been an issue after maybe the first few months of adjusting to the new hormone levels. That you may want to take some time to sleep cage free while your body adjusts to the higher level of testosterone. Some of those erections were extremely hard and would’ve been painful if caged.

I'm also low T and just started getting injections a few months ago.

The morning wood is... nice. I hadn't had that in YEARS and now I get them again. Not every morning mind you, but a couple mornings a week. I love feeling that again.

In the 300’s! my doc was worried about a more serious adrenal issue, but my first labs after starting trt and estrogen blockers brought me back into a more normal range. I forget that first lab range, but I started feeling better very quickly on the AI, and he was pleased and said he thought this would get me back to feeling myself.

The couple months prior to seeing this specialist I thought I was going insane, serious brain fog, lethargic, I did not care about anything, extreme depression, full body aches, zero libido.
All the exact opposite of who I was. For me and how things were going, trt definitely saved my life.

Holy ovaries! That's higher than the level used for transitioning from male to female.

I figured it wasn’t a good thing based on how I felt lol, just glad it was a pretty quick fix. And that we knew not to just trust a GP doc, they’d only have looked at my T level and said I’m in great shape, and likely never have checked my estrodial level.

Your T levels must have been suppressing most of the feminizing effects of the estradiol. My T levels nearly into female range and the estradiol level I had was already starting to feminize me. Since I am guessing you have no intention of living as a woman or looking like one, it is good for you that it worked out like it did.

Basically this thread has convinced me to get some roids aka TRT. Time to roid rage it up. But no seriously I have many symptoms of age related testosterone reduction. Especially the mental fog and just....lack of ambition. Need some juice.

Thank tou all for being so candid…..this is one of the best threads I have ever seen on here. Low T has been something I wondered about and my GP kinda blew it off. Time for a new GP and a referral to a urologist.
