    In your old posts, his last PIV at that time was Jan 2021. Your plan then was to allow one more in Nov 2021, and then a final one in Dec 2022. It sounds like the Nov 2021 case didn't happen, what about this month, will he be allowed one final PIV before he's locked forever, or is that Jan 2021 one his actual last one ever?

    How has he been dealing with all the denial? It sounds like he's struggled with it in the past.
