NoFap with chastity cage

Hi ya
This is one of the reasons I decided to go down the Chastity route. To free my mind of porn and re-route all my sexual energy to my loving wife ..
We have also with my wife’s help made it difficult to view porn.

 

As I understand it; Nofap is about porn, masturbation, and orgasm (PMO) addiction, and it helps to reset your dopamine productiion and receptors by removing or massivley reducing stimulation. It sets you free from the clutches of porn and gives you a more realistic view of women, sex, and relationships.

A chastity cage is a sex toy and a source of stimulation, and will massively affect your dopamine levels and therefore your dopamine receptors.

I don't think nofap and chastity are good bed partners to be honest.

By way of example...

I've been caged, with only a few scattered days out, since around August last year, and yet I still look at porn.

I've gone from one or two orgasms a day to not having one for 150+ days...and yet I still look at porn.

I also believe that porn is addictive and genuinely harmful...and yet I still look at porn.

Chastity has not helped with my morning routine of looking at porn over my morning coffee because...I still look at porn.

I no longer masturbate or orgasm, so the M & O aspects of nofap have been eliminated haha.

My brain likes porn.

My GF/KH is amused by it.

She wants to do a super long lock, and the memes she has been sending me have been increasing in duration from 1 month, then 3 months, then 4 months, now to 6 months to a year. She says she wants me to quit porn and she is getting increasingly confident in the idea that many months without erections and orgasms might be the answer to the problem.

I just think I'm not busy enough and I ought to work harder or find a new hobby.

There is definitely logic in what you are saying ….
I’ve taken a slightly different route, if I can’t orgasm then the end goal of porn is removed .. sure porn is fine to watch but my Chasity is being controlled by my wife, only after a week ( I know I’m a newbie all my sexual energy seems to have turned into productive energy which I guess is the hope of a bit of tease and deny. Honestly I’m really getting turned on by her dominant nature coming out …. And she seems happier!!!
I totally know it’s early stages and softly softly…

 

I think what this shows is that the stimulation without orgasm is the desired tool, whether it's teasing and attention from a woman or from porn. I think there is more at work than just the dopamine, but the key is no orgasm.

Now imagine male sexual energy is rainfall in our personal valley. Too much porn and masturbation causes floods and droughts that make it tough to live in the valley.

Now imagine chastity as a hydroelectric dam, it's not natural but it lets us harness that rainfall into energy and controlled irrigation to make our valley productive and happy.

Of course not enough rain (lack of sexual interest/attention from our KH or no porn) can make the valley barren and the dam pointless, and too much rain (excessive porn) will spill over the top. If we are lucky enough to have an attentive KH they control the water level to keep us happy and productive (with teasing, orgasms, ruined orgasms, by limiting porn, etc...).

The main reason we did it a few years ago. I was home during the day while wife was at work. She found out I was masturbating 3 or 4 times a week and didn't like it. Thanks Ron. That is very similar to my story before chastity I was wanking / viewing porn for about 2 / 3 hours a day. Wasting my life . This cage is the best thing I feel I could have done. if your wondering whether you produce prolactin or not there is a simple test. without encouragement a xy who can orgasm, relax, orgasm, relax, and orgasm within one hour is probably not producing prolactin.
if you are one of these rare xys then no amount of sex will stop you from wanting more nor will going without.

Fap is considered the sound that is made when one is masturbating. So No Fap means no masturbation.

The goals of a NoFapper, known as a Fapstronaut, is to stop PMO.

P. Porn. Considered a driving force that gets one into the cycle of masturbation.

M. Masturbation. Self explanatory.

O. Orgasm. Also self explanatory. The avoidance of it as a result of masturbation.

It is the goal to learn to control onesself, so that you don't do PMO. Obviously, orgasm rated as part of a relationship is not the same.

So I am not a member of NoFap, but technically, I am for a similar goal. My chastity is permanent with our release. I am seeking to be PMO free.

I don't have a porn problem. Just not a porn guy. I don't masturbate, but probably would if I was not locked, Which brings me to orgasm which also cannot happen since I am permanently locked.

So with a chastity cage, I am able to enjoy the NoFap lifestyle.

The difference with my quasi no fap experience is that, if you check their NoFap websites, many of them think that a cage is a crutch and it doesn't really help. They think it should be just your will.

I get that, but, for me, the cage has become a necessary component of the success of my journey.

So my success is because of the cage. I don't do PMO.

 

I use chastity (sometimes just honor system) to reduce my masturbation time. I have, however, no interest at present time to stop completely.
