This is just one of those fetishes that crosses the line in your psyche. It feels good if you are thinking of it from a temporary thrills perspective but it will sink deeper in to your mind and will cause significant emotional distress. I can’t say that I feel the same way as you are but I do have a unhealthy dynamic with a coworker as you do with them. I’m very drawn to women with borderline personality traits and my former closest friend at work is this person. Things have blown up and it has caused a lot of issues. I now have trouble sleeping, workplace tension, ect. Point of it all is that eventually your feelings will come out in one way or another and you will be left in a situation where you have to live with and see them everyday. Your thrill will eventually turn in to a nightmare sadly.

 

I work in IT in a field that is dominated by women (no pun intended) and my wife used to work here too so she became friends with many of them. They still come over to our house on occasion and some of them are gorgeous. My wife delights in low key ordering me around when they are there. I am 95% sure they don't know of my situation, but my wife sure gets a kick out of it.

 

I work with several female coworkers, who are quite attractive. Until she left the company a few years ago I often went to lunch with one particular woman. She was athletic and very fitness minded and she would often wear nice dresses. One day I was at work and I happened to be wearing a cage and she unexpectedly asked me if I wanted to go to lunch with her. I enthusiastically said yes. She was wearing a very form fitting dress with heels that day, and we spent at least an hour and a half together chatting. Little did she know I was feeling significant tightness in my cage the whole time. Nothing special happened as a result, but it was an very enjoyable and memorable lunch!

Okay, sorry for nitpicking the punctuation, but it was hard not to notice.

Your apparent sexual frustration is probably noticeable to the ladies at work. They may not know that your behavior is related to sexual stuff, but people can usually tell when someone is a more stressed out or agitated. Try to keep your cool and not make people uncomfortable. When your bedroom activities impact your professional world, it brings a lot of bad consequences.

 

I have two female colleagues, both very beautiful, one very young and you understand still a little shy the other more edgy and confident. When I talk to them I often imagine that they discover that I am constantly caged and I imagine their reactions, I imagine that the oldest (30 years old) would immediately take advantage of my inferiority to be served, while I believe that the youngest would be embarrassed and at least at the beginning shy in commanding me.

The part that makes me uncomfortable is the whole 'female co-workers' thing. When it's a generic person, it's OK. But somehow when specific people are somehow part of a fetish without knowing, it's creepy.

I don't want to criticize, just sharing my point of view, which may or may not be valid.

 

Sex with lady is not an obligation and even penetrative sex is not.
Sure if every one sees it it is bad for you, find your way, maybe you are Bi, gay and submissive PIV is not an obligation even in straight couple.

That is such a gray area though. Have you ever heard the cliche, type anything in to a search engine and there is a kind of porn for that? There are just so many fetishes not just for men but for women to. Fetishes don’t have to necessarily be either porn or creepy in any way. Some women like men of a certain height. Which is technically a fetish. It falls more in to the people are just people category I guess.

 

Maybe you could do things around the office to make their lives easier or put them in a good mood knowing that you are setting them up for a potentially good night at home . Win win on both sides
