There is plenty written on the message boards here on how to size a device. It would be helpful if you told us what device(s) you have tried.
Hi, yeah I've just been having a scout around, it seems (as I expected) there is but thanks for the reply. I had a go of the obligitory CBX 6000S. I wrapped a shoelace round the base of the shaft, it created so much presure it snapped the thing clean off my balls. I got a metal one with a urethral insert, small version but I'm 6.5 inch erect and the metal insert was more likley to pierce my member the more I tried so that was abandoned. 2 massive metal monsrosities, one with a urethra that have both just plain fell off. I'm defo not up for a PA but seems a more permanent option.
If ball trap style devices are such a problem or are causing you so much grief, have you considered full belt style chastity belts? There are plenty of them available and you can get them from many sellers either on eBay or even on Amazon. There are many options for back, front, and waist/hip styles and are widely adjustable. You many find the solution you seek in one of those.
@collaredhubby Yeah I was looking at those, breifly. I saw one that were about £500, dont really want to spend that much (but chance would be a fine thing). Not to sure I'm quite at that stage yet but that has been a "last resort" thought in the back of my mind. Have you used one?
