Was wondering if your rationale for Oral/Anal > permission to O, vs. no permission in V was to further increase his desire for it, which would make sense.

The vision restriction is well-thought out as well--excellent.

Have you established and/or conducted any physical or other punishment/correction/behavioral improvement practice, beyond lockup extensions (which obviously at this stage may not mean much)? If so, what are they and how are they working out for you and him?
