Where to find hinge-less elliptical rings for cage?

    I have a cage that is quite comfortable to wear except for where the hinge is on the ring. When I have nocturnal erections, the hinge scrapes against the underside of my scrotum. Does anybody know where to find / order rings of similar design but without a hinge? Here's the cage I have:
