1. Drinks certainly doesn’t hurt my chances, especially if she is going to do anything kink related.

Although, it is actually a pleasure now for me to listen to my wife talk about her day and her troubles and concerns. Listening is a gift that I can give her, with no expectations in return. While it may indeed put her in the mood, that's just an extra benefit (hopefully for her!)
