We sometimes hear about weight loss goals involving enforced male chastity. But rarely see "Before and After" success pictures. I recall coming across only one such set, ever. Does anyone have before and after success pictures they wish to post to encourage others? (And maybe Bragg just a little?)
I think it is a basic demand from a wife to her chaste husband to fill her needs which might include to get in better shape. Might be an issue of bahaviour modification.
A few years ago there was member who lost a good deal of weight using chastity (about 60 pounds I think) and he did post pictures of his progress.
Absolutely right. My wife enjoys, that I show good efforts in muscle buildup after years of getting lazy, old and fat. Especially, when she exhibits me as her slave to other people on kinky events. And stay healthy and in shape. And you will find together-time again. Bring you happy together. This is a really important point for us - rare because of the kids, but if we really enjoy it. Doing sports and muscletraining not only looks good and makes you feel good, it also is an insurance for when you get older and past 50. Since the loss of musculature starts at about 30, with 50 many people already suffer problems with their musculoskeletal system and as a lack of stamina suffer from arterial high pressure, arteriosclerosis and develop other avoidable health conditions. This is my view on this usually very male and ego oriented part of FLR.
No pictures sadly, but I lost 20 lbs a few years ago using chastity. The goal was I had to lose at least 1 lb a week or be locked for another week. I only missed one week out of the goal of losing a pound a week for 20 weeks.
