Well, when you let 2 weeks go by without corrective action it invites repetition from a lack of enforcement...

 

I've started pre punishment to lead up to the big show. I spanked Gwen last night and then after she fell asleep I waited until my hands were icebergs and then I put them on her back jolting her awake. She hates cold hands being put on her. She protested since she had to get up in a few hours but that is what she gets for being a naughty girl. There is more to come. She will not soon forget what happens when you cross Mistress.

 

How about she says she is taking you out for ice cream for dessert but instead takes you to the glory hole booths for dessert.

 

Oh wow. She really needs to learn to obey you, and the rules you set for her. Regarding some of the suggestions mentioned,
1) I have to think after a mouth soaping punishment (very effective BTW) , she will not want to put anything else in her mouth and swallow for a while.
2) A tight corset will make it difficult to eat a lot, aside from the obvious punishment/discomfort of being tight laced all day. If you want to add to it, also include a tight girdle.

I would also institute weekly weigh ins, with a target weight goal, and target milestones along the way.

The important thing is to select punishments which the sub hates, not something that they like or which turns them on.

Since your sissy hates cold then that would be another excellent punishment idea. Try using an ice bath, where sissy must squat down over a bowl of ice water with her sissy cage and balls immersed in it. At first they will complain about how much it hurts, but after a few minutes it has a numbing effect and they can tolerate it for quite a while if forced to do so. And while they may hate it, it causes them no long term damage except for painful swollen sissy balls. Believe me, this has a great effect on training them to obey!

One punishment I have endured a couple of times was sitting on bags of ice, bare bottom, tied to the chair for 1 hour. My bottom was very numb for a while after.

Guess that would be the opposite of a "hot bottom" from a good paddling.

Late to the thread, but I missed this last year.
For cheating on the diet, I'd suggest the Cabbage Soup diet for a week. It's basically a boiled cabbage, produces enough soup for a week, and you can add a bit of cayenne pepper to it to increase the calories burn. I've done it before for diet purposes, I didn't lose much weight, but by day three it was a bit ... Old.
Using the cayenne, it will increase in heat over the week, so be judicious in using cayenne. Could instead use jalapenos and habaneros, actual peppers. Have sissy drink lots of water, Gatorade, lemon water, etc, and then make herself the cabbage soup, and when she has to use the facilities - well, gloves weren't allowed, and a girl has to wipe after, right? (I used gloves, and then STILL spent an hour in the shower after a quick pee break. That was accidental. No gloves, and intentional, and in a cage? Promises to be fun!)

Additional fun, put the soup in a blender, so it's all a big, mushy, mess, when she eats it. (Maybe serve as a gazpacho for added yuck factor?)

After the cabbage soup is done, the girl will be ready for a keto diet, too, to catch up on the weight loss. Allow another three weeks, you'll have a thinner girl, AND she'll have worries you'd make it partly a regular occurrence, once every four weeks she has a cabbage soup diet, complemented by avocados (phytoprogesterone). Her soup gets extra girl drizzle from constant teasing... So she's horny, bloated, and hungry all the time (limit the avocados, mind, don't want too much fat in there.)

I also second a good corset, with heels, for training at home. Lots of deportment training to ensure feminine postures become normal. Not enough there's a massive problem should she need to be drab, just enough that people get a vibe from her, even when she's a he.

DO NOT make the diet approach permanent, though, cabbage soup diet can only be done for short term. Lacks nutrition, she will need plenty of red meat afterwards - essential amino acids are lacking outside of red meat, or use quinoa, lentils, combinations of beans. A serving or three of red meat per week will keep her healthy enough, and I'm assuming plenty of salads already for weight control.
