She might want to consider "mouth soaping", i.e. standing in a corner, face to the wall, hands restrained behind your back and a bar of soap in your mouth. The bar of soap should be soaked first so that it is soft and squishy.

I use mouth soaping to punish my sissy sub-hubby for improper language, but it would work just as well for cheating on a diet.

 

I often do dream of the punishment involving something associated with the infraction. So if it was eating too much food, maybe using something food related to punish you like figging. Maybe corner time with a quarter on the wall and ginger inserted. You have 10 minutes to endure it. If you drop the quarter then you wait until things settle down and double the amount is peeled back or maybe it's 15 minutes this time. Sorry...

My diet related punishments always seem to involve wearing a tightly laced corset for a certain period of time. When She first laces it in place, it seems like a reward, but after a few hours being tightly laced with a leather belt locked around my waist to prevent tampering, I certainly re-think those reward thoughts! Corsets can also be evil.

 

My punishments are generally more corporal in nature. Paddling, or leather strap.

In all actuality as hot as it is that she administering punishment…it plain hurts, so as soon as she mentions the paddle I stop sassing or doing whatever it was.
