    a few facts about the benefits of sleeping without clothes:

    Sleeping "on the naked body" contributes to the better release of melatonin, a hormone that slow down the aging process;
    Rest from clothes during sleep is simply necessary for us, because all day we wear dozens of things that do not allow our body to "breathe". Especially the lack of clothing is useful for the intimate organs of a person;
    Pajamas and shirts, no matter how comfortable they are, still interfere with free movement at night;
    And sleeping without clothes helps to increase self-esteem and establish relationships with other people. Even couples who sleep naked are considered happier, since they have constant skin-to-skin contact, and thanks to this, the body actively produces oxytocin– the hormone of happiness.

    In the summer, late spring or early fall, if it's warm enough in my room then I'll not sleep with anything on at all because it just feels most comfortable for me. As the weather outside gets cold then my room gets cooler and I have to wear something to keep warm at night so I just sleep with my home clothes on. It's not lazy to just jump in the sack and drift of without changing your clothes, it's just more convenient.

    Naked except for the cage. Sometimes with a butt plug in. I might wear boxer trunks if I'm to wear a plug overnight. I've had a couple of accidents where I've thought I was farting, but instead pushed something smellier around the plug. The trunks save the sheets.

    My Goddess is normally naked too, except, perhaps if she is cold.

    I'm kinda hoping that she might buy some satin, feminine night wear and order me to wear it when our teenager is away overnight.

    I occasionally go to sleep in 6 inch heels.
