    I use to sleep nude and my wife would wear a nighty. She decided that she since she wears the pants now, that I should wear lingerie and she will sleep nude.

    There's a good physiological reason for doing so.
    A drop in temperature in the evening (just a few degrees is needed) is a signal to the body that it's time to go to sleep, so going to bed naked helps that process and you drop off to sleep quicker than if you keep your skin temperature elevated by continuing to wear clothes.

    My Partner feels the same as this but sometimes she will treat me with wearing no bottoms on, which I absolutely love it when she does that...even if just the knowledge of it makes me wake a great many more times during the night!

    Me I wear briefs to support the metal cage, in the summer no tea shirt in the winter Ill generally wear a sleep tea shirt. Sometimes naked but normally with briefs
