    I mentioned a pin prick cock sheath and KTB in a thread about a device to be teased in and have received a couple of queries about them in private conversations.     I have been using these toys for many years with no problems and they are perfectly safe so long as you follow basic hygiene rules and only ever use a toy that penetrates the skin on one person.     I've never really thought of them as spiteful, merely an effective way of training him to control himself. I never spend too much time teasing him immediately after relief but a week or 2 later the fun can start and a KTB does give plenty of access to his bits!!! <weg>

    It's great a new thread has been started on this subject. I bought the KTB (Intense) last year but had to get a new inner sleeve as the one I had suffered coroding. Unfortunately I wasn't successfull in getting all the spikes to remain vertical. I am hoping to buy a new one with the integral lock. Have you tried using an electric toothbrush whilst sub is secured into the KTB - I was able to orgasm.

    There is also the SGR (Spiked Glans Ring). Using electric toothbrush with this - if screws are in quite a way it becomes too painful too orgasm - or if orgasm is reached no spunk comes out!!

    Thank you for the suggestion and link, I had't thought of using an electric toothbrush. I like the sound of too painful for an orgasm or no cum coming out as there are times when a sub doesn't deserve to cum but needs to be milked.
