Is it a disorder to get emasculated completely? Or getting castrated in a relationship, taking hormones or what ever. Where is the border to the formation of a personality, kinkness and self harm?
I believe it is really difficult to say that.
By law in my country every person is allowed to self harm or get surgeries which modificate the body if she is able to understand the effects on her body. Nonreversability and so on.

I guess this is the same in almost every country where you have time to think about things like this.
