    Titanium is the way to go. The device feels like it is made of plastic when held assembled in your hand, but it is stronger than steel. I spent almost a year in a titanium device without any removals. Just keep it washed in the shower.

    That's good to know, thank you.

    My GF has ordered a new titanium cage from BAWR, which should be here in a few weeks. Part of the motivation is to make it less noticable.
