I've been wearing a cheap Amazon steel cage some of the time but it was never comfortable. So I ordered the Holy Trainer V4. It arrived today and it's sooo much more comfortable! Before ordering I used their measuring guide and got the standard size. Now that it's on, my penis has shriveled up some and there's about 1/2 inch of room in there. When wearing the steel cage, the same thing would happen but sometimes I would fill the cage. My question is, should I go back and order the shorter barrel or just leave it alone? Is it better to leave some room in there or is it better to keep the penis in a tighter area?
I think it's personal preference. I've read some people like small tubes for aesthetic reasons. Some people say small tube prevent erections. So the cage is less painful that way. Personaly I like the feeling of trying to bust out. Im thinking of getting a longer tube as i dont like my foreskin protruding. I'm still to new to this so I can't offer much more than that.
I have a very small stainless steel cage I prefer the smaller cage over bigger ones I've tried longer n for me I didn't like them I enjoy being stuffed in my cage with no extra room at all I believe it's really up to personal preference
As said, it is personal preference, what ever feels better for you, go with. My Mistress (@Destiny103181) likes to see her cock straining to escape and enjoys teasing me so I get hard, so my cage leaves a little room in there to accommodate that. I also enjoy sleeping in it because night hardons don't wake me up.
As already mentioned it’s don to personal preference, may i suggest you just leave it for now, give it a week or so and see how you feel, then order the shorter cage if you want.
I think a lot of men start off with larger cages and progress towards smaller cages over time as this helps to prevent erections starting in the first place and less movement generally seems to result in more comfort. I have definitely taken this path. I started with the Curve cage thinking I needed the space but have moved to smaller cages. Currently I am in a quite small steel cage and have been locked without any release for nine days now without any problems.
well done. I am looking to change my cages and am interested in knowing what metal cage you are comfortable in for 9 days. I am having issues with abrasions around the base of my penis.
Have toagree with all the above. I moved on from the cb2K (a nightmare) toi the Curve far too big and over the years progessively smaller. We are going to order one from Lori when we've saved up and that will intentionally be smaller than the one Im in now. Though all being well that should be the last cage we need to buy. So perhaps we'll get one just a little smaller than I'd prefer as its going to be in use for a long time
totally agree with the 'personal preference' as everybody and every body is different. I will say that there should be a little 'wiggle room' for hygiene if a device is going to be left on for extended periods. If frequent and regular hygiene openings are a thing, then this part doesn't matter as much. I've had various 'input' over the years from holders with different 'eye candy' appeals. Most enjoy seeing attempted erections, where skin is being pressed out of any void in the tube, trying to 'break free'.. But this is just an occasional interest and for the most part the same visualization can be achieved from wearing a smaller tube with a more snug fit that 'shows' it's contents 'swelling' but not enough to get hard by any means! Even with those visual thoughts in mind, every holder I've worked with has expressed a simple desire that generally, while locked and not just playing, the shortest cage that I can fit in the better. That means if I'm reduced to nothing but a capped head being pressed back to the extent I no longer have a penis to speak of yet knowing it's still there without being able to feel/see/touch any part of it, they love it! As mentioned above... The less room for swelling/growing, the less likely any sort of night-time erections will be possible. This making sleeping through the night a lot easier. For me, that's part of the comfort factor, so, smaller is better for that. All this said, if chastity, for you, is to prevent pleasure/contact while locked, but occasional sexual release/relief is also part of the 'plan', then a less restrictive cage may be of interest.. I mention this because in my experience and for many others, the longer kept in a cage, the more accustomed to being in that confined space my body gets. Meaning, over time, atrophy could become a factor, as will 'use it or lose it'. After long 'sessions', I can still achieve an erection, but it's rather wimpy. It takes several attempts to get a full strong one. Over the years, most of my holders have discovered that a wimpy erection can still be pleasured and it is enough of a reward and simply locking back up and starting over again is more desired as a way to control my orgasms and pleasure. The down-side to that is it's easier as a lockee to continue with perpetual chastity than being physically and mentally 'reset'... I guess it's something that a holder needs to consider when the chance for a lockee to orgasm or simply enjoy erections comes up... Now, circling back, a larger cage with more room... For me, if I have more room to swell/grow while caged, I have an easier time getting a stronger erection when finally freed. If a holder enjoys using her lockee's penis for PIV, this should be considered.... Well, that's my $0.02 worth on the subject. I have a rather large collection of cages. There are a few that are for 'teasing' and long-term wear, but most are very restrictive and small leaving me with nothing but a capped head and sack... My current holder and I enjoy experimenting with the science of my chastity experience. It's good to have options when it comes to which cage I'm in, for how long and what it does to my bits... Have fun with it!
it best really to have one that fits proper. its a bit like having clothes that dont fit proper and then if they tigt they make you feel all squashy and if they to big they make you feel silly.
I found I had the same problem with my first cage. I found because the cage was too big and curved it allowed my penis to swell and caused a lot of pressure where the curve of the cage and the underside of my penis squashed together. After going to smaller cages i no longer have this problem.
Sounds like a pair of shoes I have I cast my vote for short, but there is a limit. If it's too short, like the "pepper shaker cap" styles, I have trouble with it trying to push away! Like with "Goldilocks and The Three Bears", you have to find the one that's "just right".
I think to wear 'The curve', you would have to be a giant in the respective area. There are similar devices available with curved cages, and forward facing bars. But they're all way too big. Is the curve anywhere near as popular as the 'Jailbird'
the question is comfort. whats going to be easier to wear I like to wear a nub, but when it gets too hot or humid, a nub can be very uncomfortable, so I switch to a HT
I think it’s significant that the most common cage in professional porn is the curve or its metal equivalent. This is not a cage for most of us here...
