    Hello everyone,

    This time I locked myself up dedicated to improve myself both physically and mentally. I will be wearing my usual Nub metal cage and I set a training schedule to follow everyday as well as some daily work aims to complete whilst I'm locked. I wanted to spend my time well and let this be an improvement for myself. (I've been into this for years).

    If I follow these few tasks (which I have more detailed version printed as reminder) for a month, I will reward myself with a full unlocked orgasm, followed by multiple forced orgasms with vibrator whilst I'm tied mostly.

    I think it would be fair to allow one caged orgasm per week for this time, just to keep my mind clean-ish to focus well.

    Also I had an idea for next lockup too; If I endure at least 4 forced orgasms, my next lockup will be for 3 months. If I endure at least 8 forced orgasms, next lockup will be for 2 months. How does this sound? Anything I should change? Maybe I should consume the loads?

    Hmm fair but I used to orgasm daily, so reducing it to weekly sounds easier rather than going full month? I can't abstain from my orgasms easily. Idk what should I do really.

    People are different going from getting off whenever you want to once a month is a daunting task. In our case it went from a couple day lockups to a week, 10 days, 2 weeks etc. Go your own pace and don't set yourself up for failure. It's not an one size fits all thing.

    Yeah agreed, thanks. I will start off easy and increase the time between my orgasms. I've been doing chastity for couple years on and off so I'm ready for a month long lockup. Thank you!

    Just take is as you can, as already mentioned everyone is different, maybe after you have done a week, then try for 2 weeks and keep moving up when you feel ready.

    I go back and forth over what is worse, no orgasms or milkings or caged orgasms. I will be released on Christmas for the first time in 90 days, the first 30 no milkings or orgasms and in the last 60 several milkings and caged vibrator orgasms.     We use a strapon on each other, but not too often. She like receiving oral and there are time she wants to rise something and lets me know a little ahead of time so I can get things ready. She uses a strapon on me maybe once every 2 months.
