• On June 5, 2023, the World Health Organization and the European Commission announced the launch of a digital health initiative in which the WHO will establish a global Chinese Coronavirus vaccination certification system based on the European Union’s (EU) already existing Digital WuFlu Certificate;
• This vaccine passport system will be expanded into a Global Digital Health Certification Network (GDHCN) run by the WHO that will include “a wide range of digital products to deliver better health for all.” The vaccine passport will also, in time, cover all “recommended vaccinations”;
• WHO members have approved a $6.83 billion budget for the next two years, which will require a 20% hike in mandatory member fees;
• The budget increase is needed because the WHO is being set up as the sole decisionmaker over public health globally through the proposed plandemic treaty and International Health Regulation (IHR) amendments, each of which reinforces the WHO’s authority and power through different avenues while erasing national sovereignty and human rights; and
• Baked into the plandemic treaty we also have the“One Health Initiative,” (under which the WHO will analyze “scientific evidence” on the links between human, animal and “ecosystem health” and contribute to foresight on emerging threats to health), which perfectly dovetails with The Great Reset narrative. When you add the treaty, the IHR amendments and “One Health” together, it becomes clear that the WHO is being set up as the de facto power center of the deep state, in an effort to allow a One World Government to rule everything.

Landmark Case in Germany: BioNTech Faces Lawsuit Over Chinese Coronavirus Vaccine Side Effects

In a landmark development, BioNTech SE, the German biotechnology company that partnered with Pfizer Inc. to produce one of the first Chinese Coronavirus vaccines, is now facing its first legal challenge in Germany over vaccine side effects.

In an unprecedented case that could potentially spark hundreds of similar claims across Germany, the plaintiff – a woman who has chosen to remain anonymous due to Germany’s privacy laws – is suing BioNTech for a minimum of €150,000 ($161,500) in damages.

According to Reuters, she cites “damages for bodily harm as well as compensation for unspecified material damage,” as detailed by Hamburg’s regional court and the law firm representing her, Rogert & Ulbrich.

Reuters is reporting:

“Tobias Ulbrich, a lawyer at Rogert & Ulbrich, told Reuters he aimed to challenge in court the assessment made by European Union regulators and German vaccine assessment bodies that the BioNTech shot has a positive risk-benefit profile.

German pharmaceutical law states that makers of drugs or vaccines are only liable to pay damages for side-effects if “medical science” shows that their products cause disproportionate harm relative to their benefits or if the label information is wrong.

BioNTech, which holds the marketing authorisation in Germany for the shot it developed with Pfizer <PFE.N>, said it concluded after careful consideration that the case was without merit.

“The positive benefit-risk profile of Comirnaty remains positive and the safety profile has been well characterised,” the biotech firm said, referring to the vaccine’s brand name.

It noted about 1.5 billion people had received the shot across the world, including more than 64 million in Germany.”

Reuter’s goes on to state:

“It is not clear who would pay the legal costs or compensation if the plaintiff wins the case.

Sources have said some of the EU's bulk purchase agreements with vaccine makers, including BioNTech-Pfizer, contained full or partial liability waivers for both legal costs and potential compensation, which could force EU governments to bear some of the costs.

Like many countries, Germany also has a public sector financial support scheme for people who suffer permanent harm from vaccines, known as a no-fault compensation programme, but participation in the programme does not block someone seeking damages separately.

The United States has granted manufacturers immunity from liability for COVID vaccines that receive regulatory approval.

Rogert & Ulbrich says it has filed about 250 cases for clients seeking damages for alleged side-effects of COVID-19 vaccines.

Another law firm, Caesar-Preller, says it is representing 100 cases, with both firms saying separately they cover almost all cases in Germany between them.”

"Do Vaccine Spike Proteins Stay in the Body?

As we know, the COVID-19 vaccines have incorporated an expression mechanism for the viral spike proteins that triggers our immune systems to respond to the virus. But the question remains: How long do the spike proteins from the vaccines remain in the body?

The spike proteins are divided into two parts: S1 and S2, with S1 remaining in the blood and S2 bound to the cell membranes.

A study published in Clinical Infectious Diseases discovered that the S1 proteins would appear in humans soon after the first dose of the Moderna vaccine, and that some people would still have intact spike proteins two weeks after the first dose of the vaccine.

The finding that intact spike proteins were still present in people two weeks after vaccination was beyond expectations.

Another study published in the Journal of Immunology found that S2 proteins could still be detected four months after the second dose of the Pfizer vaccine.

However, the harm of spike proteins is related to their amount. The aforementioned side effects are all based on in vitro studies and animal models, and the relatively serious damage occurred only when the amount of spike proteins was large.

If the viral mRNA in the vaccine only appears in small amounts in the muscles and doesn’t enter the blood or organs in large amounts, then these serious side effects won’t occur. That means clearing out these spike proteins can limit their potential negative effects on the body."

Just because something is possible doesn't mean it does happen, or that it happens in every instance. Humans are not carbon copies of one another. Nor were all vaccines and vaccine batches the same.

Some of us laugh when we are told men can have babies. Others laugh when they are told the vaccine causes protein shedding.

Some people overlook the harms of the virus, and saying any harms caused by the vaccine are unacceptable. Some argue to risk a child's health and life to protect an 80+ year old in unacceptable; not the Democratic party, but then look how old our federal leadership is.

The three scientists were engaged in “gain-of-function” research on SARS-like coronaviruses when they fell ill. All were members of the Wuhan lab suspected to have leaked the plandemic virus.

Ben Hu was the lead hands-on researcher in Bat-Lady Shi Zhengli’s lab.

Next week, the U.S. Directorate of National Intelligence is expected to release previously classified material, which may include the names of the three WIV scientists who were likely among the first to be sickened by the WuFlu.

Here We Go: Vaccine Pimp Bill Gates-Funded Covid Vaccine Approved for Public Use by UK Regulatory Agency

The SKYCovion COVID-19 vaccine, developed in South Korea with $3.6 million in funding from the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation, recently received regulatory approval from the United Kingdom’s Medicines and Healthcare Products Regulatory Agency (MHRA).

Once a vaccine receives Marketing Authorization, it can be marketed and distributed to the public. However, so far, and unsurprisingly, SKYCovion has not been approved by any other Western country.

It becomes the 8th COVID-19 vaccine authorized by the UK’s independent medicines regulator.

SKYCovion is a nanoparticle vaccine, utilizing a piece of the SARS-CoV-2 virus spike protein along with GlaxoSmithKline’s AS03 adjuvant technology – “an additional ingredient designed to trigger a stronger immune response.”

The patient information leaflet , which lists various side effects, states that two doses are required (the second one 28 days after the first) and that there has to be a 15-minute observation period afterward. Specific side effects are:

- Very common side effects: may affect more than 1 in 10 people
• pain where the injection is given
• feeling very tired (fatigue)
• fever, chills (more frequent after the second injection) • muscle pain
• joint pain
• headache

- Common side effects: may affect up to 1 in 10 people • feeling sick (nausea) or getting sick (vomiting)
• diarrhea
• redness, swelling where the injection is given

- Uncommon side effects: may affect up to 1 in 100 people • feeling dizzy
• tingling, prickling or numbness of the skin (paraesthesia) • pain or discomfort in the arm, hand, leg and/or foot
(pain in the extremity)
• chest pain
• rash
• feeling that your heart is pounding or racing (palpitations) • feeling of warmth, itching where the injection is given

- Rare side effects: may affect up to 1 in 1,000 people • enlarged lymph nodes
• decreased skin sensation
abdominal pain
• decreased appetite
• feeling of weakness (asthenia)
• drowsiness
• bruising where the injection is given • itchy skin, hives (urticaria)
• excessive sweating

HOWEVER, particularly alarming points from the MHRA guidance document (in addition to the known side effects) are:

- Duration of protection

The duration of protection afforded by the vaccine is unknown as it is still being determined by ongoing clinical trials.

- Immunocompromised individuals

The efficacy, safety and immunogenicity of the vaccine have not been assessed in immunocompromised individuals, including those receiving immunosuppressant therapy.

- Limitations of vaccine effectiveness

Based on immunogenicity data in SARS-CoV-2 naïve subjects, no protection is anticipated after the first vaccine dose and individuals may not be fully protected until 14 days after their second dose. As with all other vaccines, SKYCovion may not protect all vaccine recipients. Efficacy was not evaluated as part of the clinical trial programme.

- Interaction with other medicinal products and other forms of interaction

- No interaction studies have been performed.

Concomitant administration with other vaccines has not been studied.

- Pregnancy

There is no experience with the use of SKYCovion in pregnant women from clinical trials.

- Breastfeeding

It is unknown whether SKYCovion is excreted in human milk.
