    HI ya ... We are new to this lifestyle and having done some reading it seems like people start with a contract.. Ive copied this template and added some parts of our own. What do you think ?? Any idea welcome :)

    CHASTITY CONTRACT​
    CONTRACT TERMS
    • The initial contract duration is for the month of January 2024.

    • Both partners, STABLEBOY and LADY LAURA are signing and agreeing to all the terms on their free will, without any influence or bribes from the external sources.

    • During the initial contract period, it can be terminated at any time by either the STABLEBOY or LADY LAURA if there are any health or safety issues.

    • If, however, there are no health or safety issues, only LADY LAURA has the power of terminating the contract.

    • Contract modifications can be made if both parties, STABLEBOY and LADY LAURA, agree to them while the contract is signed.
    SAFETY, HYGIENE, AND MAINTENANCE
    • LADY LAURA agrees to secure a spare KEY that can only be accessed in case the main KEY is lost or damaged.

    • LADY LAURA agrees to allow STABLEBOY to remove the CAGE every (3 Days Supervised) for regular cleaning.

    • STABLEBOY will immediately report any issues with the functions of the CAGE or personal hygiene to LADY LAURA.

    • STABLEBOY is allowed to request emergency removal of the CAGE in case of injuries, medical emergencies or extreme discomfort.

    • STABLEBOY agrees to wear the CAGE immediately after cleaning or addressing any issue.

    • STABLEBOY agrees to undergo nude inspection at any time set by LADY LAURA to ensure the cleanliness of the CAGE.
    DUTIES/RULES FOR THE STABLEBOY
    • STABLEBOY agrees to wear the CAGE as long as LADY LAURA demands it, and there are no health or safety issues.

    • STABLEBOY agrees to not try to escape the CAGE in any way, for no reason, unless there are health or safety issues.

    • STABLEBOY agrees to submit to LADY LAURA completely and give her complete control over him.

    • STABLEBOY agrees to obey any pleasure orders from LADY LAURA.

    • STABLEBOY agrees not to watch pornographic movies or read pornographic magazines without permission from LADY LAURA.

    • STABLEBOY agrees to do all the chores LADY LAURA might ask him to do with no back chat.

    • STABLEBOY agrees to be punished for not obeying the rules set by LADY LAURA.

    • STABLEBOY agrees to visit the gym 4 times a week and ride his bike for a minimum of 10 miles per day during this time period.

    • STABLEBOY agrees to keep a daily journal and to give LADY LAURA full access.

    • STABLEBOY can no longer ask, beg or plead for sex or anything erotic. If this happens LADY LAURA as punishment will extend the chastity period.
    LADY LAURA RESPONSIBILITIES
    • LADY LAURA agrees to keep the KEY to the CAGE until the contract is terminated or comes to an end.

    • LADY LAURA agrees to treat the STABLEBOY with human respect and ensure their safety during the term of the contract.

    • LADY LAURA agreed not to let STABLEBOY remove the CAGE under no circumstances unless for cleaning / exercise purposes or if there is a medical emergency.

    • LADY LAURA must remember and remind STABLEBOY that he asked for this.

    • LADY LAURA must agree to always sexually tease STABLEBOY when present and away using audio or visual stimulation.

    • LADY LAURA at times should communicate with STABLEBOY what sexual acts she would like to get into with people on TV. As STABLEBOY can no longer fulfil her needs

    SEXUAL RELEASE
    • During this period, STABLEBOY is obligated to perform whatever sexual acts are desired by LADY LAURA

    • LADY LAURA may restrain stableboy in whatever manner she deems necessary for sexual gratification.

    • LADY LAURA may require STABLEBOY to use sex toys such as vibrators, dildos, and others to fulfil /her sexual needs.

    • In no event will the LADY LAURA allow the STABLEBOY to orgasm first.
    NON-SEXUAL

    • LADY LAURA shall be allowed to release STABLEBOY from the device out of good will.

    • STABLEBOY shall be entitled to request release in case of a medical emergency. STABLEBOY consents to re-securing the device upon the command of the LADY LAURA.
    CLOTHING
    • STABLEBOY agrees to wear specific clothing and accessories required by the LADY LAURA, including but not limited to those designed for the opposite sex.

    • STABLEBOY acknowledges that it is his responsibility to ensure that they have appropriate attire ready at all times for when called upon by LADY LAURA.

    • LADY LAURA reserves the right to inspect or remove the STABLEBOY’s clothing at any time in private circumstances.
    COMPENSATION
    • Any additional compensation may be imposed at the discretion of LADY LAURA for special circumstances, including but not limited to unscheduled release or instances where the STABLEBOY fails to meet obligations under this agreement.

    • STABLEBOY acknowledges that they are not allowed to negotiate the amount of compensation at any time.

    • This contract shall supersede any existing sexual or financial agreements between the STABLEBOY and LADY LAURA.
    DISPUTE RESOLUTION
    • LADY LAURA and STABLEBOY acknowledge that the terms stipulated in this contract may be amended with mutual consent by either party.
    PUNISHMENTS
    • If the RULES are broken by STABLEBOY, LADY LAURA has a right to enforce physical / Verbal punishment like spanking, slapping, biting, Humiliation, Loss sleeping priviledges or viewing LADY LAURA fully clothed only.
    • If the RULES are broken by the STABLEBOY, LADY LAURA also has a right to enforce the loss of privileges like access to finances, entertainment like TV. This is usually combined with increasing the chore list for STABLEBOY.

    • If the RULES are broken by STABLEBOY, LADY LAURA has a right to deny any sexual pleasure until the STABLEBOY learns their lesson.

    • STABLEBOY understands that the to do list it is not complete until LADY LAURA has inspected. If LADY LAURA has had a tough day and finds fault, corrective punishment required.
    HARD LIMITS
    • The STABLEBOY and LADY LAURA acknowledges that HARD LIMITS are non-negotiable and may not be changed by either party.

    SIGNATURES

    The Chastity Contract is active immediately after signing it.

    If you guys are into legal docs and formalities, go for it!

    In reality, it basically comes down to:

    Stay locked and focus your attention on her, build up your sexual energy for her. Do things for her, protect her, love her, make her feel safe, loved and cherished.
    Communicate a lot and about everything
    Unlock when she tells you to (re-lock immediately after she's done or tells you to - lock by default and keep it simple)
    Orgasm when she tells you to/makes you, don't if she doesn't
    Common sense things: If it's dirty, wash it. If there's pain or injury, unlock and resolve it. Don't run around wimpering about how horny you are.
    Don't over think or complicate it. Hang on for the ride and have fun.

    Contracts seem like this great idea starting out. In end it becomes really simple though just do what she says and don't pester her.

    Thanks for the advice .. Trying to do all you have mentioned.. The pestering thing is hard!!! .. Ive started taking myself off to the gym to exhaust myself.. Seems to be working :)

    I kind of found this to be at least partially true too. I did a +2 month contract with an online KH that was close to outline presented here. KH did add in specific penalties and caveats for her decisions on various punishments/violations.

    Basically it was a promise of doing nothing without my KH explicit permission. Since I also take care of my Mistress/Wife, certain additions were added for her needs which my KH would punish for if not met.

    I completed the duration at the time of the contract which included penalties for a weight loss goal she never kept me too...I did meet the first 2 milestones but she never check/asked for verification

    So in the end I would say yea...some complacency set in for KH.

    I would try it again though if the right opportunity presented it self. If you think its for you, put a trail date in the contract with opportunity for Mistress to extend at her decision. Gives you both a target decision point.

    You should add a note to say that it's not legally binding and that either of you can get out of the "contract" at any time for any reason you like.

    Actually no need, it's implicit in the "contract" :p

    We started with a very basic one. Maybe 3 or 4 bullet points. That quickly evolved into just do what she says, within reason of course.

    This contract seems like a lot of work for LADY LAURA and way too many rights for STABLEBOY.
    Also what’s “human respect”? Sounds rather egalitarian and snowflakey to me.

    I love the gym and bike clause.

    One thing you should add is no self stimulation unless supervised, even while in the cage. Any violation must be reported without hesitation.

    You'd think, why would this be necessary? You're wearing a cage. But it is. As time goes on, the temptation becomes strong. You'll also find stimulation can be pleasurable.
