    They have suspended taking in new orders due to a large backlog of orders.

    Mine arrived last week after 19 weeks. He actually overnighted it from China to NY. I didn't think that was possible

    We can't fault the product or any aspect of the process of getting it.
    Our cage does what we wanted it to do.. and does not HAVE to come off for maintenance we are finding. Checking that aspect out after long term constant wear with no removal is next... but we are expecting it to be ok.

    It seems that he is unable or unwilling to hire people so he can expand production. Titanium is difficult to weld, and it may be difficult to find someone with the required skill and attention to detail.

    The classical approach would be to increase prices to get a better balance between supply and demand

    Can you think of any other possibilities aside from "unable or unwilling to hire people so he can expand production" ?
