    Maybe for grins I'll pull one apart but I can assure you the locks I have only contain two pins.

    If you do that, please take a picture of it. Especially take a pic of the groove (and pin) that limits the movement of the lock cylinder to 15-20 degrees when pulling the key out. I think that most of the users don't know how their lock works.
